Abstract
본 발명은 진공청소기용 전동기에 관한 것으로, 하우징(1)에 가이드 베인(7)을 직접 체결하고, 임펠러 커버(14)를 가이드 베인(7)의 외륜부에 압입하여 임펠러 커버(14)의 내측과 하우징(1)의 외륜부가 밀착되게 하며, 아마츄어 조립체(4)의 상측 베어링에 결합되는 베어링 홀더(5)를 가이드 베인(7)의 중앙부에 형성한 홀더 삽입부(7a)에 삽입 고정한 구성으로 되어 있으며, 이러한 본 발명은 가이드 베인에 베어링 홀더를 삽입 부착하고, 가이드 베인을 하우징에 직접 고정시킴으로써 종래 보다 하우징 커버의 크기가 작아져 금형의 제작 비용 및 재료비를 절감할 수 있을뿐 아니라 작업이 용이한 이점이 있다. 그리고 모터의 소형화, 경량화를 기할 수 있고, 공기와의 마찰 감소로 소음 저감 및 효율을 향상하는 이점이 있으며, 냉각의 효과도 증대시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. In the present invention, by inserting and attaching a bearing holder to the guide vane and fixing the guide vane directly to the housing, the size of the housing cover is smaller than in the related art, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and material cost of the mold and making the work easier. There is one advantage. In addition, it is possible to reduce the size and weight of the motor, reduce noise and improve efficiency by reducing friction with air, and increase cooling effect.
