Abstract

투명기판상에 기록층, 금속반사층, 및 1층 이상의 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있고, 주변환경에 노출된 보호층이 흡수성 및/또는 흡유성을 지닌 유기층전물 및/또는 무기층전물을 함유하는 자외선경화형수지로 이루어져, 보호층은 필기용구 혹은 잉크제트식프린터로 문자를 기록하게 하는 인쇄가능표면을 지닌다.

Claims (16)

  1. 투명기판상에 기록층, 금속반사층, 및 1층 이상의 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있고, 주변환경에 노출된 보호층이 흡수성 및/또는 흡유성을 지닌 유기층전물 및/또는 무기층전물을 함유하는 자외선경화형수지로 이루어져 보호층이 인쇄가능면을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 투명기판상에 기록층, 금속반사층, 및 1층 이상의 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있고, 주변환경에 노출된 보호층이 흡수성 및/또는 흡유성을 지닌 유기층전물을 함유하는 자외선경화형수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 주변환경에 노출되어 있고, 자외선경화형수지로 형성된 보호층은, 층전물과 a) 친수성중합체 1∼80중량부, b) 친수성모노머 20∼98중량부, c) 가교모노머 0∼40중량부, d) 라디칼개시제 0.1∼10중량부로 이루어진 자외선경화형수지조성물과의 혼합물로서 얻은 잉크를 자외선초사로 경화하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 주변환경에 노출되어 있고, 자외선경화형수지로 형성된 보호층은, 충전물과, a)친수성중합체 10∼70중량부, b) 친수성모노머 50∼90중량부, c) 가교모노머 1∼20중량부, d) 라디칼개시제 1∼8중량부, 로 이루어진 자외선경화형수지조성물과 혼합물로서 얻은 잉크를 자외선조사로 경화하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주변환경에 노출되어 있고, 자외선경화형수지로 형성된 보호층에 함유되어 있는 유기층전물은 리그닌, 프로테인 및 셀룰로오스로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  6. 제 1항, 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 주변환경에 노출되어 있고, 자외선경화형수지로 형성된 보호층에 함유되어 있는 무기층전물은, 합성실리카, 탤크, 클레이, 탄산칼슘, 규산칼슘, 황사바륨, 마이카, 규조토실리카, 수산화마그네슘, 알루미나, 산화지르콘, 수산화지르콘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주변환경에 노출되어 있고, 자외선경화형수지로 형성된 보호층은 자외선경화형수지와 유기층전물 및/또는 무기층전물을 자외선경화형수지 100중량부에 대해 1∼80중량부로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 주변환경에 노출되어 있고, 자외선경화형수지로 헝성된 보호층은 자외선경화형수지와 유기층전물 및/또는 무기층전물을 자외선경화형수지 100중량부에 대해 5∼50중량부로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  9. 제 1항 내지 제 8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주변환경에 노출되어 있고, 자외선경화형수지로 형성된 보호층은 스크린인쇄, 바아코팅, 블레이드코팅, 에어나이프코팅 또는 롤코팅으로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  10. 제 1항 내지 제 9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주변환경에 노출되어 있고, 자외선경화형수지로 형성된 보호층은, 필터와 자외선경화형조성물을 혼합하여 얻은 잉크를 도포한후 자외광으로 조사하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  11. 제 1항∼제 9항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 광기록매체를 제조하고 , 주변환경에 노출되어 있고, 자외선경화형수지로 형성된 보호층의 표면에 잉크로 문자를 인쇄하고, 표면에 인쇄된 잉크를 고착시키는 것으로 이루어진 광기록매체의 표면인쇄법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 잉크는 수용성잉크인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면인쇄법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 잉크는 잉크제트식프린터, 송화형프린터 또는 일전사프린터에 의해 주변환경에 노출되어 있는 보호층으로 전사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면인쇄법.
  14. 제 3항 또는 제 4항의 자외선경화형수지조성물과 흡수성 및/또는 흡유성을 지닌 유기층전물 및/또는 무기층전물로 이루어진 인쇄가능보호층을 형성하는데 적당한 자외선경화형잉크.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 자외선경화형수지조성물과 흡수성 및/또는 흡유성을 지니는 유기층전물 및/또는 무기층전물을 자외선경화형수지조성물 100중량부에 대해 합계 1∼80중량부로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선경화형잉크.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 자외선경화형수지조성물과, 흡수성 및/또는 흡유성을 지니는 유기층전물 및/또는 무기층전물을 자외선경화형수지조성물 100중량부에 대해 합계 5∼50중량부로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선경화형잉크.
