Abstract

본 발명은 공기조화기의 운전시에 순간적으로 정전이 발생하였을 경우,압축기의 구동주파수를 최저로 하면서 별도의 독립전원에 의해 상기 압축기를 연속구동시키는 공기조화기의 운전제어장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로써,교류전원입력단의 상용교류전원을 직류전압으로 전파정류하는 정류수단과,상기 정류수단으로부터의 직류전압을 받아서 압축기의 구동주파수를 변환하는 인버터수단으로 이루어진 공기조화기에 있어서,제어수단과 상기 교류전원입력단의 순간정전을 감지하는 정전감지수단과,상기 정류수단으로부터의 직류전압을 감지하여 제어수단에 출력하는 제1전압감지수단과,상기 정전감지수단에 의해 감지된 교류전원입력단의 정전시에 압축기를 연속구동시키도록 전원을 인가하는 독립전원수단과,상기 독립전원수단으로부터의 직류전압을 감지하여 제어수단에 출력하는 제2전압감지수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 공기조화기의 운전제어장치의 제어블록도.
제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 공기조화기의 운전제어동작순서를 도시한 플로우챠트.

Claims (6)

  1. 교류전원입력단의 상용교류전원을 직류전압으로 전파정류하는 정류수단과,상기 정류수단으로부터의 직류전압을 받아서 압축기의 구동주파수를 변환하는 인버터수단으로 이루어진 공기조화기에 있어서,제어수단과, 상기 교류전원입력단의 순간정전을 감지하는 정전감지수단과,상기 정류수단으로부터의 직류전압을 감지하여 제어수단에 출력하는 제1전압감지수단과,상기 정전감지수단에 의해 감지된 교류전원입력단의 정전시에 압축기를 연속구동시키도록 전원을 인가하는 독립전원수단과,상기 독립전원수단으로부터의 직류전압을 감지하여 제어수단에 출력하는 제2전압감지수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,상기 독립전원수단은 상기 정전감지수단에 의해 감지된 교류전원입력단의 정전시에 온되는 스위치부와,상기 스위치부의 온시에 압축기를 연속구동시키도록 전원을 인가하는 태양전지와,상기 태양전지로부터의 직류전압을 공기조화기의 동작에 필요한 직류전압으로 승압하여 인버터수단에 출력하는 DC/DC컨버터로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어장치.
  3. 교류전원입력단의 정전시에 정류수단으로부터의 직류전압(V1)이 압축기를 최저주파수로 구동시킬 수 있는 일정전압(Vs1)이상인가를 판별하는 제1전압판별스텝과,상기 제1전압판별스텝에서의 직류전압(V2)이 일정전압(Vs1)이상인가를 판별하는 제2전압판별스텝과,상기 제2전압판별스텝에서의 직류전압(V2)이 일정전압(Vs1)이상이면 압축기를 최저주파수로 구동하면서 그 구동시간을 카운터하는 최저구동스텝과,상기 최저구동 스텝에서의 구동시간이 압축기를 안정되게 구동시킬 수 있는 소정시간(t1)을 경과하면 상기 압축기를 정상주파수로 변환시켜 공기조화기의 공조운전을 수행하는 운전스탭으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1전압판별스텝에서 판별된 직류전압이 일정전압(Vs1)보다 작지 않은 경우에는 제어수단의 제어에 의해 인버터 수단에서 압축기의 구동주파수(F)를 최저주파수(Fmin)로 변환시켜 상기 압축기를 연속구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2전압판별스텝에서 판별된 직류전압이 일정전압(Vs1)보다 작은 경우에는 독립전원수단의 스위치부(SW1)를 오프하여 압축기를 오프시키면서 그 오프시간을 카운터하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서,상기 최저구동스텝에서의 구동시간이 소정시간(t1)보다 작은 경우에는 정류수단의 직류전압이 압축기를 최대주파수로 구동시킬 수 있는 일정전압(Vs2)이상이면 상기 압축기를 정상구동시켜 공기조화기의 공조운전을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
