Abstract
본 발명은 미정제 (메트)아클릴산에 1차 아민화합물과 1가지 유기술폰산을 첨가하고 증류시키는 것으로 이루어지는 미정제 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- (메트)아크릴산에 1차 아민이나 이것의 염을 첨가하고 이 혼합물로부터 정류에 의해 (메트)아크릴산을 분리시키는 것을 이루어지는 알데히드로 오염된 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법에 있어서, 첨가된 1차 아민 또는 이것의 염 이외에도 1가지 이상의 유기 술폰산이나 이것의 염들 중에서 한가지를 알데히드류로 오염된 (메트)아크릴산에 첨가한 후에 증류처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1차 아민 또는 이것의 염을 알데히드 불순물 몰 당 5몰 이하로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 첨가된 1차 아민 화합물 몰 당 1가지 이상의 유기 술폰산 또는 이것의 염을 5몰 이하로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알데히드 불순물 몰 당 1차 아민 또는 이것의 염을 1 내지 3몰 첨가하고, 첨가된 1차 아민 화합물 몰 당 1가지 이상의 유기 술폰산이나 이것의 염을 0.5 내지 2몰 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가된 1차 아민 화합물이 히드라진이나 히드라진 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가된 1차 아민 화합물이 아미노구아닌딘이나 이것의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 첨가된 1차 아민 화합물이 아미노구아니딘 증탄산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가된 술폰산 화합물이 도데실벤젠 술폰산인 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알데히드류로 오염된 (메트)아크릴산이 촉매에 의한 기체상 산화방법에 의해 제조된 미정제 (메트)아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연속적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴산의 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
