Abstract
제어파라메타 변경시의 지령의 급변을 억제해 고융답성을 유지해 나가면서 안정된 제어를 하는 압연제어방식을 제공하는 것이다.It is to provide a rolling control method that provides stable control while maintaining high melt response by suppressing sudden changes in commands when changing control parameters.
각 제어기구의 제어파라메타 Fx, Fe, Fr, Fd는 동작점의 변화에 따른 제어파라메타 수정기구 41서 수정된다. 압연기 1로부터 상태량 x는 차분기구 51-1에서 전회값에서 감산되어 상태량 차분값이 상태 피이드백 기구 52에서 계수 Fx와 승상되어 압하성분과 속도성분의 조작량 편차가 구해진다. 이 편차값은 적산기수 53에서 전회 조작량에 적산되어 압연기 1의 압하장치 및 틀 구동장치로 출력된다. 지령발생기구 42와 압축판 두께 검출계로부터 제어시점으로부터 수스텝 앞의(미래)예견값이 부여된다. 이러한 수스텝별로 예견값과 각각의 전회값과의 차분값을 구해 피이드 포워드 기구 57 혹은 58의 계수와 승산해 복수 스텝앞까지 고려한 성분별 조작량 편차를 구한다.The control parameters Fx, Fe, Fr, and Fd of each control mechanism are modified by the control parameter correction mechanism 41 according to the change of the operating point.
