소변기의 방향제 혼합 급수장치

본고안은 휴게실이나 공중화장실의 소변기에 설치된 자동감응식 급수장치에 있어서 악취제거 및 소독을 위해서 급수선로에 방향제용기를 부가설치하여 급수시에 방향제가 물에겨 내려가도록 하는 소변기의 방향제 혼합급수장치에 관한것이다.
종래에는 제1도에서와 같이 센서와 급수장치가 설치된 급수제어기(1)와 소변기(2)사이에 급수관(3)이 연결되고 급수관(3)은 방향제 수장통(4)의 연결관(5)와 연결접속하여 급수관(3)으로 공급되는 물에 방향제가 약간씩 혼합되어 공급되도록 구성하고 있다.
그러나 이러한 종래의 구성은 급수압에 의해 방향제가겨져 내려가는 정도가 미약하여 목적하는 바와 같은 효과를 얻을수 없으며 오히려 물에 섞인 오물이나 불순물이 연결관(5)으로 유입되어 구멍을 막아버리는 폐단이 있었다.
본고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 감안해서 급수관의 급수압이 직접 방향제 수장통을 경유하여 방향제에 직접 접촉하면서 다시 소변기로 공급되게 구성하므로서 방향제 설치 목적을 효과적으로 수행할수 있게 한 것인바, 이와같은 본고안의 구성 및 작용효과를 첨부도면에 의해서 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본고안은 방향제 수장통(10)내에 이중통로를 구비하고 있다. 수장통(10)내에는 방향제(11)가 안치되는 수장실(12)이 형성되고 유통관(14) 단부에는 급수관에 연결접속하는데 사용되는 소관(13)이 형성되어 있다.
또한 유통관(14)은 중앙격판(15)에 의해서 상,하부통로(16)(17)로 구분되어 있으며 상부통로(16)는 안내공(18)을 통해서 수장실(12) 상부쪽으로 연통되고 하부통로(17)는 수장실(12) 하부와 연통되어 있다.
소관(13)의 상단에는 자동급수기(22)와 연결된 상부급수관(19)이 연결접속되고 소관(13) 하단에는 소변기(23)와 연결된 하부급수관(20)이 연결접속된다.
수장통(10)의 상단은 뚜껑(21)이 나사결합되어 있으며 방향제(11)는 뚜껑(21)을 통해서 교환 또는 공급하여준다.
이와같이 구성된 본고안은 자동급수기(22)에서 공급되는 물이 유통관(14)의 상부통로(16)를 통해서 수장실(12)내로 유입된후 방향제(11)에 접촉한 상태로 그 외연을 통해서 하부통로(17) 및 하부급수관(20)으로 배출되어 소변기(23)에 공급되는 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 급수압이 수장통(10)을 경유하여 소변기(23)에 공급되게 하므로서 방향제(11)와 직접적으로 접촉되고 또한 물에 의한김 작용도 분명하게 되어 소변기(23)의 악취발생을 줄일수 있으며, 방향제에 함유된 살균 소독제에 의해서 소변기가 소독되어 위생적으로 사용될수 있는 것이다.
그러므로 본고안은 종래구성에 비해서 방향제 설치목적을 효과적으로 수행할수 있고 조립구조 또한 간단하여 시공설치에 편리함을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 자동급수기와 소변기 사이에 급수관이 연결되고 급수관에 방향제 수장통을 설치하는것에 있어서 수장통(10)의 유통관(14)단부에 소관(13)을 형성하여 상,하부급수관(19)(20)과 연결되게 하고 유통관(14)은 중앙격판(15)에 의해서 상,하부통로(16)(17)로 구분되게 하여 상부통로(16)는 안내공(18)을 통해서 방향제 수장실(12) 상부로 연통되게 하고 하부통로(17)는 방향제 수장실(12)하단과 연통되게 하여 급수압이 수장통(10)을 경유하여 급수되게 함을 특징으로한 소변기의 방향제 혼합급수장치.
