Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기의 세탁조받침판 및 기어메카니즘 탈거용 지그에 관한것으로서, 특히, 고장 또는 이물질을 제거하기위해 기어메카니즘과 이의 바닥면에 체결고정된 세탁조받침판을 분해시, 세탁조와 받칟판에 손상을 주지않고 간편히 분해시켜줄수 있도록한 세탁기의 세탁조받침판 및 기어메카니즘 탈거용 지그에 관한 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적으로된 본 발명은 소정의 두께를 갖는 원판형상의 몸체(2) 외주연에 소정의 간격을 갖고 임의회동이 가능하도록 힌지(22)로 결합되어 받침판(5)을 걸어주는 걸이부(3)와, 상기 몸체 중앙에 구비된 나선공(23)에 나선체결되어 회전 방향에 따라 승, 하강되어 세탁조받침판(5) 상부로 돌출된 기어메카니즘의 상면을 눌려주는 누름부(4)로 갖추어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 세탁조받침판 및 기어메카니즘 탈거용 지그를 제공하게 된 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 소정의 두께를 갖는 원판형상의 몸체(2) 외주연에 소정의 간격을 갖고 임의 회동이 가능하도록 힌지(22)로 결합되어 받침판(5)을 걸어주는 걸이부(3)와, 상기 몸체 중앙에 구비된 나선공(23)에 나선체결되어 회전방향에 따라 승, 하강되어 세탁조받침판(5) 상부로 돌출된 기어메카니즘의 상면을 눌러주는 누름부(4)로 갖추어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 세탁조받침판 및 기어메카니즘 탈거용 지그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 걸이부(3)는 걸이편(31) 일단을 몸체(2)외주연에 구비된 요입홈(21)내에 삽입시켜준 상태에서 힌지(22)를 중심으로 회동이 가능하도록 체결시켜 주고, 타단은 세탁조받침판(5)에 구비된 요입부(51)에 끼워져 세탁조받침판에 걸리도록하는 걸림턱(32)으로 구비된것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 세탁조받침판 및 기어메카니즘 탈거용 지그.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 누름부(4)는 몸체(2)에 구비된 나선공(23)에 나선체결되는 회전관체(41) 하단부에 이의 하강에 의해 기어메카니즘의 상면에 접지되는 누름판(42)이 구비되고, 상단부에는 회전관체(41)를 회전시켜주는 회전손잡이(43)로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 세탁조받침판 및 기어메카니즘 탈거용 지그.
