Abstract

본 발명은 합성수지 제품을 성형하는 공정 중에 연옥분을 첨가하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 100-350 메쉬의 입자로 분쇄된 연옥분을 합성수지 재료와 중량비로서 5-15%를 첨가하여 성형하는 방법이다.
본 발명은 연옥분이 첨가된 다양한 제품을 성형하에 연옥의 고유효능이 발휘되는 제품을 저렴한 가격으로 대량생산 할 수 있으며, 본 발명에 의하여 생산된 장신구를 착용하면 치료효과가 있고, 용기에 음식을 담아두면 신선도가 장기간 유지되는 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 합성수지를 이용하여 제품을 성형하는 공지의 방법에 있어서, 100-350 메쉬의 입자로 된 연옥분을 합성수지 원재료에 중량비로서 5-15%를 첨가하여 혼합 후에 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 제품의 성형 공정에 연옥분을 첨가하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 100-250 메쉬의 입자로 된 연옥분을 폴리에틸렌 수지에 중량비로서 5-15%를 첨가하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 250-350 메쉬의 입자로 된 연옥분을 아크릴 수지에 중량비로서 5-10%를 첨가하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
