Abstract
본 발명은 실리카 및 황산을 포함하며 상기 실리카가 황산으로 함침되어 있는 촉매, 및 상기 촉매를 분자 1개당 3~6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 1종이상의 올레핀의 존재하에 이소부탄 및/또는 이소펜탄을 접촉 알킬화시키는데 사용하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 촉매는, 상기 실리카가 그것을 황산으로 함침시키기 전에 1.5㎤/g이상의 총 기공 용적을 가지며, 상기 촉매가 평균 직경이 0.1내지 150㎛인 입자들을 주성분으로 함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)
- 황산을 함유하는 산 상과 실리카를 포함하며 실리카가 상기 산 상으로 함침되어 있는 촉매에 있어서, 평균 직경이 0.1 내지 150㎛인 입자들을 주성분으로 하며, 상기 실리카는 그것을 상기 산 상으로 함침시키기 전에 1.5㎤/g이상의 총 기공 용적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산 상의 중량기준 함량이 70%이상인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 그것을 상기 산 상으로 함침시키기 전에 1.5내지 6㎤/g의 총기공 용적을 가지는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산 상이 H3PO4, B(OH)3, HB(HSO4)4, BF4H, FSO3H, CF3CO2H, SbF|5, CF3SO3H 및 SO3로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제를 함유하는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 트리플루오로메탄 설폰산(CF3SO3H)인 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 무수 황산(SO3)인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 촉매를 제조하는 방법으로서, 실리카를 50℃이상의 온도에서 하소 처리한 후에, 90내지 100중량%의 농도로 황산을 함유하는 산 상으로 함침시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 촉매 또는 제7항에서 정의한 방법에 의해 제조된 촉매출, 분자 1개당 3~6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 올레핀류로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 1이상의 요소에 의해 이소부탄 및 이소펜탄으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 1이상의 요소를 10℃이항의 반응온도에서 접촉 알킬화시키는 방법에 사용되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 촉매릉 완전히 혼합식 또는 거의 완전한 혼합식 반응 영역내에 사용하는 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 촉매를 병류(co-flow)유동층으로 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
