Abstract
본 발명은 흡착제를 사용하여 내연 기관으로부터의 배기 가스 정제용 촉매를 촉매독으로부터 보호하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 사용되는 흡착제가 고온에 내성인 제올라이트 또는 이러한 제올라이트의 혼합물임을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 흡착제가 고온에 내성인 제올라이트 또는 고온에 내성인 상이한 제올라이트의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하여, 내연 기관으로 부터의 배기 가스를 정제하기 위한 촉매를 흡착제 위에 흡착시킴으로써 촉매독으로부터 보호하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착제가 배기 가스 스트림에서 촉매 정면에 위치하는 벌집 모양의 형태로 균일한 고체 지지체 위에 피막으로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착제가 촉매의 실제 촉매성 피막 위에 피막으로서 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 제올라이트가, SiO2/Al2O3몰 비가 8 이상인 알루미늄 제거된 모르데나이트, 알루미늄 제거된 Y-제올라이트 및/또는 ZSM-5 제올라이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사용되는 제올라이트가 도핑 원소, 특히 그룹 Cu, Fe, Na 및/또는 K로부터의 원소로 도핑되거나 산성 H-형태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용되는 제올라이트가 이의 이온 교환 용량 내에서 도핑 원소로 도핑됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
