본 발명은 항암제인 아클라시노마이신을 생산하는 스트랩토마이세스속 균주 및 이를 이용하여 아클라시노마이신을 제조하고 이를 분리정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 사용된 균주, 스트랩토마이세스 라벤도폴리아 DK-506(ATCC 8537P)은 돌연변이원 처리균주로서 전분이 함유된 발효배지에서 30℃, 700rpm의 호기적인 배양조건으로 배양했을 때 친주인 스트랩토마이세스 라벤도폴리아 ATCC 15872균주보다 2배 이상의 높은 아클라시노마이신 A를 생산하였으며 생산된 아클라시노마이신 A는 클로로포름과 메칠알콜을 20:1로 섞은 용매로 추출한 후 두차례에 걸친 컬럼 크로마토그라피와 HPLC를 사용하여 분리정제하였다.The present invention relates to a strain of Streptomyces genus that produces an anticancer agent, alaccinomycin, and a method for preparing and separating and purifying aclocinomycin using the same.
