Abstract

본 발명은 구조가 간단하고 기록화상의 질이 향상되도록 구조가 개량된 잉크제트 프린터의 기록헤드에 대해 개시한다. 본 발명의 기록헤드는 기록신호가 인가되는 두 전극(41)(61)을 대면하여 평행으로 설치하고, 압력차 발생수단을 기록헤드와 일체로 구성한 것으로서, 두 전극 사이의 전기점성잉크에 균일한 자계를 형성하여 전기점성효과를 균일하게 한 구조를 가진다. 이러한 본 발명은 간단한 구조로 기록화상의 질을 높이는 효과적인 발명인 것이다.

제1도는 종래 전기점성 잉크제트 프린터의 개락도, 제2도는 제1도의 헤드를 나타낸 발췌도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 잉크제트 프린터의 헤드를 나타낸 분리 사시도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 기록헤드의 단면을 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전기점성물질을 이용하여 화상을 기록하는 잉크제트 프린터의 기록헤드에 있어서, 복수의 전기점성물질 분출구와 공간부를 가지는 평면의 제1부재와, 상기 제1부재와 평행으로 설치되며 하면에 설치되는 전극과 그 공간부와 연통하는 토출공을 가지는 제2부재와, 상기 제2부재의 하면에 부착되며 상기 전극과 대응되어 관통부가 형성된 제3부재와, 상기 제3부재의 하면에 부착되며 상기 전극과 대응되어 전극이 설치되고 상기 관통부와 연통하는 주입부가 형성된 제4부재와, 상기 제4부재의 하면에 설치되며 상기 주입부로 전기점성물질을 공급하는 저장조와, 상기 공간부에 압력차를 발생시키는 압력차발생수단이 구비되고, 상기 공간부와 저장조를 연통하는 연결공을 상기 제2,3,4부재에 형성하여서, 사기 연결공과 토출공사이에 압력차를 발생시켜서 전기점성물질이 토출되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터의 기록헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력차발생수단은 상기 공간부에 압력을 발생시키는 압력원을 구비하고 상기 제1부재의 내면에 간격이 변화되는 한쌍의 가이드턱을 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터의 기록헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4부재 저면에 저장조를 두 공간으로 구획하는 격벽을 상기 연결공과 주입부사이에형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터의 기록헤드.
