Abstract

본 발명은 가공이 완료된 섬유 직물 포지를 검사하면서 얼룩등을 제거하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 포지 수정대 얼룩 제거 장치는 수정대에 복수개의 흡입구멍을 형성시키고 각 흡입 구멍(14)을 공기 분배 장치 거쳐 링블로우어(4)에 연결시켜 선택적으로 유로를 개방시키도록 구성되었다.
본 발명에 따르면 포지의 얼룩등이 깨끗하게 지워지며 얼룩 제거 작업이 간편하고 자동적으로 이루어지는 효과가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 얼룩 제거 장치가 부설된 포지 수정대의 전면 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 얼룩 제거 장치중에서 공기 분배기 박스 내부를 보여주는 확대 사시도, 제3도는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 공기 분배 장치를 보여 주는 사시도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 얼룩 제거 장치가 부설된 포지 수정대의 후면 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 수정대 상면 중앙 부위에 복수개로 구비되며 잔류 세척제액을 공기와 함께 흡입하기 위한 흡입구멍들(14); 상기 흡입구멍들(14)과 솔레노이드 밸브(6)를 연결해 주기 위한 호스(22) ; 상기 흡입구멍들(14)중 하나를 선택하여 릴 블로우어(4)에 연결시켜 주기 위한 공기 분배 장치; 내부 모터의 작동에 의해 선택된 흡입구멍으로부터 호스(22)를 통하여 공기 및 세척제액을 흡입하여 밖으로 배출해 내는 링 블로우어(4) ; 상기 공기 분배 장치를 제어하여 특정 흡입 경로를 선택하기 위한 스위치부(16) ; 및 상기 스위치부(16), 공기 분배 박스(18) 및 링 블로우어(4)의 작동을 제어하기 위한 콘트롤 판넬(10) ; 로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 포지 수정대얼룩 제거 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공기 분배 장치에 있어서 슬라이드 접속구(7)가 공압 실린더(5)에 의해 슬라이딩되면서 호스 출구(9)들을 선택적으로 링 블로우어(4)에 접속시켜 주는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 포지 수정대 얼룩 제거 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공기 분배 장치가 솔레노이드 밸브 수단(6) 및 공기 분배 기구(8)에 의해 각 호스(22)를 선택적으로 링 블로우어(4)에 연결시켜 주는 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 포지 수정대 얼룩 제거 장치.
