Abstract
본 발명은 낮은 농도에서 안압 강하 활성을 지니며, 자극성이 적어서 녹내장의 예방 및/또는 치료제로서 유용한 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 13,14－디히드로－프로스타글란딘 F2β및 이의 이소프로필 에스테르에 관한 것이다:
상기 식에서, R1은 수소 또는 이소프로필이다.

Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 13,14－디히드로－프로스타글란딘(PG) F2β 또는 이의 이소프로필 에스테르 또는 이의 시클로덱스트린 클라트레이트 또는 R1이 수소인 경우, 이의 약학적 허용 염:상기 식에서, R1은 수소 또는 이소프로필이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 13,14－디히드로－PGF2β 이소프로필 에스테르인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 13,14－디히드로－PGF2β인 화합물.
- 산성 조건하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 가수분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(IB)의 13,14－디히드로－프로스타글란딘 F2β 이소프로필 에스테르의 제조방법:상기 식에서, THP는 테트라히드로피란－2－일이고, TBDMS는 t－부틸디메틸실릴이다.
- 알칼리 조건하에서 하기 일반식(IB)의 화합물을 가수분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(IA)의 13,14－디히드로－프로스타글란딘 F2β의 제조방법:
- 활성 성분으로서 제 1 항에 나타낸 유효량의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적 허용 염 또는 이의 시클로덱스트린 클라트레이트와 약학적 담체 또는 코팅물을 포함하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 나타낸 유효량의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적 허용 염 또는 이의 시클로덱스트린 클라트레이트를 투여하는 것을 포함하는 녹내장의 예방 및/또는 치료에 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
