본 발명은 압출가공된 강재컵(steel cup)에 동재링(copper ring)을 압착시키는 가공방법에 관한 것으로서, 프레스기계에서 금형을 사용하여 강재컵을 냉간단조하여 선반으로 소정의 가공을 한 후에 미리 준비된 동재링을 끼운 상태에서 프레스기계에서 재차 압출을 시도하여 동재링을 강재컵에 압착시키는 것으로, 물리적인 기계적 강도가 대단히 우수할 뿐 아니라 금속내부적인 조직도 대단히 안정하고, 기계가공에서나 얻을 수 있는 강제컵 내부의 세밀한 형상까지도 종래의 기술에 비해서 짧게 적은 공정으로 프레스 가공할 수 있기 때문에 프레스 가공비를 절감할 수 있고, 특히 동재링이 압출되면서 강재컵에 압착되었기 때문에 대단히 큰 압착력을 지니게 되어 본 발명의 본래의 목적인 이종금속간의 압착력을 크게 한다는 소정의 목적을 달성하기 위함이다.The present invention relates to a processing method for crimping a copper ring to an extruded steel cup, in which a cold working of the steel cup using a mold in a press machine is performed in advance on a lathe.
