Abstract

자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 탄성제가 헤드 베이스와 결합된다. 테이프 기록 및 재생시에, 헤드 베이스의 탄성체가 레버에 의해 직접 밀려질 때 눌려져 고정되고, 헤드 후퇴시에, 헤드 베이스가 레버에 의해 직접 구동되어서, 주 베이스의 결합 부재는 누름 부재와 결합되고, 헤드 베이스는 눌려져 고정된다. 이러한 방법으로, 탄성체에 주어진 힘은 헤드 베이스의 이동시에 감소된다. 헤드 베이스 이동시에 필요한 헤드 베이스 구동력을 감소시키는 것이 가능한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 카세트 테이프를 기록 및 재생하기 위하여 자기 헤드가 부착되어지며, 주 베이스상에서 가동할 수 있는 헤드 베이스와; 상기 헤드 베이스상에 제공되는 탄성체와; 한쪽 단부가 상기 헤드 베이스를 이동시키기 위하여 상기 주 베이스상에 제공된 디스크 형상의 캠에 형성된 홈부와 결합되며, 다른쪽 단부가 상기 탄성체를 통하여 상기 헤드 베이스와 결합되고, 지레 받침이 상기 주베이스상에 제공되는 레버를 포함하며; 상기 레버의 다른쪽 단부는 카세트 테이프가 왕복 이송되는 경우에 부착된 카세트 테이프로부터 상기 헤드가 분리되는 방향으로 상기 헤드 베이스가 밀려지게 되도록 상기 헤드 베이스와 직접 결합되고, 상기 탄성체의 한쪽 단부는 부착된 카세트 테이프로부터 상기 헤드가 분리되는 방향과 반대 방향을 탄성력이 주어지도록 상기 주 베이스의 결합부분과 결합되고; 상기 레버의 다른쪽 단부는 테이프 기록 및 재생의 경우에 카세트 테이프를 향하여 상기 헤드가 눌려지는 방향으로 상기 탄성체와 헤드 베이스를 통하여 상기 헤드를 밀고; 상기 탄성체의 양쪽 단부는 탄성체의 미는 힘이 상기 카세트의 이송시간과 테이프 기록 및 재생시간 사이의 시간 동안에 감소되도록 상기 헤드 베이스상에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체에 의한 탄성력은 카세트 후퇴 모드에서 상기 헤드 베이스와 상기 레버의 다른쪽 단부 사이의 직접 결합을 유지하도록 작용하며, 카세트 테이프는 상기 주 베이스에 대하여 왕복이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 시간 동안에, 상기 레버의 다른쪽 단부는 상기 탄성체와 상기 헤드 베이스의 일부분 사이에 느슨하게 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  4. 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 카세트 테이프를 기록 및 재생하기 위하여 자기 헤드가 부착되며, 주 베이스상에서 가동할 수 있는 헤드 베이스와; 한쪽 단부가 상기 헤드 베이스를 이동시키기 위하여 상기 주 베이스상에 제공된 디스크 형상의 캡에 형성된 홈부와 결합되고, 상기 홈부가 상기 캡의 회전에 따라서, 이동될 때 상기 디스크 형상의 캠의 반경 방향으로 이동할 수 있는 구동 플레이트와; 상기 이동 방향으로 위치된 두 지점에서 상기 구동 플레이트와 헤드 베이스에 겹합되는 탄성체를 포함하며; 상기구동 플레이트는 카세트 테이프의 이송의 경우에 반경 방향으로의 상기 레버의 이동에 따라서 상기 헤드가 카세트 테이프로부터 분리되는 방향으로 상기 헤드 베이스를 구동하며; 상기 탄성체는 테이프 기록 및 재생의 경우에 상기 구동 플레이트가 상기 이동 방향과 반대 방향으로 이동될 때 부착된 카세트 테이프를 향하여 상기 헤드가 눌려지는 방향으로 상기헤드 베이스를 통하여 상기 헤드를 밀며; 상기 미는 힘은 상기 카세트 테이프의 이송시간과 테이프 기록 및 재생시간 사이의 시간동안 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체는 상기 반경 방향에 직각인 방향으로 상기 헤드베이스와 상기 구동 플레이트 사이의 불일치를 보정하도록 상기 구동 플레이트에 관계하여 상기 헤드 베이스를 편향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  6. 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 카세트 테이프를 기록 및 재생하기 위하여 자기 헤드가 부착되며, 주 베이스상에서 가동할 수 있는 헤드 베이스와; 상기 헤드 베이스상에 제공되는 탄성체와 ;상기 헤드 베이스를 이동시키기 위하여 상기 주 베이스상에 제공되며, 한쪽 단부가 디스크 형상의 캠에 형성된 홈부와 결합되고 다른쪽 단부가 상기 탄성체를 통하여 상기 헤드 베이스와 결합되며, 지레 방침이 상기 주베이스상에 제공되는 레버를 포함하며; 상기 레버의 다른쪽 단부는 카세트 테이프의 이송의 경우에 상기 탄성체가 변형되어 부착된 카세트 테이프로부터 헤드가 분리되는 방향으로 상기헤드 베이스가 밀려지게 되도록 상기 탄성체를 통하여 상기 헤드 베이스와 결합되며; 상기 레버의 다른쪽 단부는 테이프 기록 및 재생의 경우 상기 탄성체와 헤드 베이스를 통하여 상기 헤드를 미는 한편 상기 탄성체를 변형시켜서, 상기 헤드는 부착된 카세트 테이프를 향하여 헤드가 눌려지는 방향으로 밀려지게 되며; 상기 탄성체는 상기 탄성체는 미는 힘이 감소되도록 카세트의 이송시간과 테이프 기록 및 재생시간 사이의 시간동안 변형되지 않게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생시간.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체는 상기 헤드 베이스와 상기 레버에 각각 형성된 포스트와 훅 사이에 사전 결정된 상대 위치를 제공하도록 상기 레버에 관계하여 상기 헤드 베이스를 편향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 사전결정된 상대 위치는 상기 시간동안 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
