Abstract

Claims (11)
- 중량 평균 분자량이 100,000 내지 750,000인 폴리에틸렌을 염소화함으로써 수득되고, 염소화도가 20 내지 45%이며, DSC법에 의해 측정한 결합융합열이 5 내지 35cal/g인 결정성 염소화 폴리에틸렌 100중량부, 결정성 폴리올레핀 1 내지 100중량부 및 가소제 5 내지 200 중량부를 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 염소화 폴리에틸렌이 중량 평균 분자량 200,000 내지 750,000의 폴리에틸렌을 염소화함으로써 수득되는 것인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 결정성 염소화 폴리에틸렌이, 디-2-에틸헥실 프탈레이트(DOP)를 오일로 사용하여 측정하였을 때, 25이상의 DOP 오일 흡수도를 가지는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리올레핀이 5 내지 70중량부의 양으로 함유된 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 4항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리올레핀이 고-밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 선형 저-밀도 폴리에틸렌인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 4항에 있어서, 비-가교 고무용으로 양호한 용매에 대해 불용성인 가교 성분을 함유한 고무 물질을, 결정성 염소화 폴리에틸렌 100중량부당 20 내지 400중량부의 양으로 더욱 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 양호한 용매에 대한 고무 물질의 용해도가 기껏해야 80중량%인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 고무 물질이 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 공중합체(NBR)인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, NBR의 아크릴로니트릴 함량이 20 내지 30중량%인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충진제를 결정성 염소화 폴리에틸렌 100중량부당 400중량부 이하의 양으로 더욱 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 충진제가 탄산칼슘, 점토 또는 탈크인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
