Abstract

본 발명은 a) 하나 이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, b) 불포화 지방 알콜 또는 이의 폴리알킬렌 글리콜에테르, 불포화 지방아민 또는 불포화 지방산 및 모노 에폭사이드의 반응 생성물, c) 이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응하는 그룹 2개 뿐만 아니라, 이온성인 그룹 하나 이상을 포함하는 화합물, d) 분자량 750 내지 10,000의 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 및 필요한 경우, e) 3 내지 6개의 하이드록실 그룹 또는 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 화합물을 성분(a)중의 이소시아네이트 그룹/나머지 성분중의 하이드록실 그룹 및 아미노 그룹의 비를 0.7 : 1 내지 1.2 : 1로 반응시켜 제조할 수 있으며 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 단위를 20 내지 80중량% 포함하는 불포화 폴리우레탄에 관한것이다.
불포화 폴리우레탄은 알키드 수지용 분산액으로서 사용된다.

Claims (7)

  1. (a) 하나 이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, (b) 불포화 지방 알콜 또는 이의 폴리알킬렌 글리콜에테르, 불포화 지방아민 또는 불포화 지방산 및 모노 에폭사이드의 반응 생성물, (c) 이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응하는 그룹 2개 뿐만 아니라, 이온성 그룹 또는 이온성 그룹으로 전환될 수 있는 구조 성분 하나 이상을 함유하는 화합물, (d) 분자량 750 내지 10,000의 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 및 필요한 경우, (e) 3 내지 6개의 하이드록실 그룹 또는 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 화합물을 성분(a)중의 이소시아네이트 그룹/나머지 성분중의 하이드록실 그룹 및 아미노 그룹의 비를 0.7 : 1 내지 1.2 : 1로 반응시켜 제조할 수 있으며 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 단위를 20 내지 80중량% 포함하는 불포화 폴리우레탄.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 다중불포화된 불포화 폴리우레탄.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 1 내지 20개의 에틸렌옥사이드 단위를 갖는 에톡실화 C8-20지방 알콜인 불포화 폴리우레탄.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 불포화 지방산 및 모노 에폭사이드의 반응 생성물인 불포화 폴리우레탄.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 비스하이드록시알칸 카복실산인 불포화 폴리우레탄.
  6. 소수성 알키드 수지의 수성 분산액을 제조하기 위한 분산제로서 제 1 항에서 청구한 바와 같은 불포화 폴리우레탄을 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제 1 항에서 청구한 바와 같은 불포화 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 소수성 알키드 수지의 수성 분산액.
