Abstract

본 발명은 세포배양조내의 공기유입장치에 관한 것으로써 배양조내에서 거품이 안나고 산소구배가 없으며 교반효율을 우수하게 하기 위하여 배양조(1)내에 소관측(2)이 내부에까지 설치된 회전축(2)을 축설하고 회전축(2)의 하부에 고정된 지지대(8)(8′)에 실리콘튜브(9)(9′)를 감아서 그 상단에 배출실(12)과 연통된 이산화탄소유입관(6)(6′)에 연결하고 하단은 공기공급실(11)과 연통된 공기배출관 (5)(5′)에 연결하여 배양조내에 공기(Air 102)를 회전하면서 유입시킬 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 세포배양조내의 공기유입장치로써 고농도배양과 이에 따른 목적단백질(의약품)의 생산성 향상을 이룰 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 배양조(1)내에 소관측(2)이 내부에까지 설치된 회전축(2)을 축설하고 회전축 (2)의 하부에 고정된 지지대(8)(8′)에 실리콘튜브(9)(9′)를 감아서 그 상단에 배출실(12)과 연통된 이산화탄소유입관(6)(6′)에 연결하고 하단은 공기공급실(11)과 연통된 공기배출관 (5)(5′)에 연결하여 배양조내에 공기(Air 102)를 회전하면서 유입시킬 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 세포배양조내의 공기유입장치.
