Abstract
본 발명은 비금속 물질을 내부전극으로 사용하여 저산소 분압(환원성 분위기)하에서 소결하였을 때 양호한 절연성과 높은 유전율을 갖는 비환원성 유전체 자기조성물에 관한것으로, BaTiO3, CaZrO3, 및 SrZrO3의 3성분계를 기본으로 하여 MgO, MnCO3, SiO2, Nb2O5등의 첨가제를 미량 사용하므로써 환원분위기하에서 소결하여도 양호한 절연저항과 고 유전율을 갖는 동시에 우수한 온도 특성(Temperature Coefficient of Capacitaince)를 갖는 비환원성 세라믹 유전체 자기조성물에 관한것이다.

Claims (2)
- 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, MgO, MnCo3, Nb2O5및 SiO2로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 비환원성 유전체 자기조성물.{(Ba1-x-yCaxSry)O}m(Ti1-zZrz)O2(Ⅰ)이때, x,y,z,m의 범위는0.062x0.100.068y0.0760.14z0.161.004m1.025이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 MgO, MnCO3, Nb2O5및 SiO2는 비환원성 유전체 자기조성물에 대하여 몰%로서 0.1MgO0.5, 0.1MnCO3 1.0, 0.06Nb2O5 0.35, 0.01SiO2 0.65로 사용됨을 특징으로하는 비환원성 유전체 자기조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
