Abstract

종래의 집속전극은 버링부를 동일 크기로 형성하여 이들 사이에 별도의 사절판을 설치하였기 때문에 공간 제약으로 작업성이 불량하였음은 물론 사절판을 가압하여 저항 용접하였기 때문에 가압력으로 버링부의 전원도가 변형되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 이를 개선하기위해, 집속전극(15)에 형성되는 버링부(16)의 수평방향길이(l 1)와 수직방향길이(l 2)가 각각 다르게 형성되도록 상판(17)을 1차 버링하여 구멍(18)을 형성한 다음 이를 2차 가공하여 장축과 단축을 가진 구멍(19)이 되도록 한다음 이를 2차 버링하여서 된것이다.The conventional focusing electrode has the same size burring portion and has a separate trimming plate installed therebetween.
