Abstract
본 발명은 칼라 브라운관용 전자총의 가속전극 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 브라운관의 곡률확대에 따른 평면화 및 횡장화에 따라 화면 주변부에서 해상도가 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한것이다.The present invention relates to an acceleration electrode of a color CRT electron gun and a method of manufacturing the same, to prevent the resolution from being degraded at the periphery of the screen due to the flattening and lateralization of the CRT.
종래의 집속전극은 버링부를 동일 크기로 형성하여 이들 사이에 별도의 사절판을 설치하였기 때문에 공간 제약으로 작업성이 불량하였음은 물론 사절판을 가압하여 저항 용접하였기 때문에 가압력으로 버링부의 전원도가 변형되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 이를 개선하기위해, 집속전극(15)에 형성되는 버링부(16)의 수평방향길이(l 1)와 수직방향길이(l 2)가 각각 다르게 형성되도록 상판(17)을 1차 버링하여 구멍(18)을 형성한 다음 이를 2차 가공하여 장축과 단축을 가진 구멍(19)이 되도록 한다음 이를 2차 버링하여서 된것이다.The conventional focusing electrode has the same size burring portion and has a separate trimming plate installed therebetween.
