Abstract

본 발명은 냉매가스와 오일이 혼합되지 않도록 하고, 오일을 강제순환시키며, 오일을 냉각시킬수 있는 스크롤 압축기에 관한 것으로서, 흡입된 냉매를 압축시켜 토출시키는 냉매압축수단과, 상기 냉매압축수단을 구동시키는 회전수단과, 상기 회전수단에 윤활오일을 공급하는 수단이 하우징내에 구비되어 이루어진 스크롤 압축기에 있어서, 상기 냉매압축수단으로 흡입되어 하우징(31)내에 체류하는 냉매가스와 하우징내의 통로를 따라 순환되는 오일(51)이 혼합되지 않도록 베어링 프레임(40)으로 차단하고, 주축(34)의 끝단(34a)에 설치되어 오일(51)을 강제순환시키는 오일공급부(50)를 지로터 펌프로 하여된 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 흡입된 냉매를 압축시켜 토출시키는 냉매압축수단과, 상기 냉매압축수단을 구동시키는 회전수단과, 상기 회전수단에 윤활 오일을 공급하는 수단이 하우징내에 구비되어 이루어진 스크롤 압축기에 있어서, 상기 냉매압축수단으로 흡입되어 하우징(31)내에 체류하는 냉매가스와 하우징내의 통로를 따라 순환되는 오일(51)이 혼합되지 않도록 베어링 프레임(10)으로 차단하고, 주축(34)의 끝단(34a)에 설치되어 오일(51)을 강제순환시키는 오일공급부(50)를 지로터 펌프로 하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(31)의 외측면에 오일(51)을 냉각시키는 냉각팬(64)이 형성되는 스크롤 압축기.
