Abstract
파임 기능을 갖게됨과 동시에 드라이버 피트축의 구동 날개의 강도를 크게 향상시킬 수 있고, 게다가 현재의 토룩스 나사의 드라이버 피트도 사용할 수 있는 융통성을 갖게되는 것도 가능한 오목부 형성 나사 및 그 드라이버 피트를 제공한다.
나사 머리부(11)에 드라이버 피트가 걸어맞춤하는 오목부(12)를 가지는 나사에 있어서, 상기 오목부(12)가 정삼각형의 가장자리부를 원호형(13)으로 형상한 2개의 3각 형상 구멍(14)이 위상을 60도 비켜놓아서 동축상에 겹쳐서 형성되는 횡단면 형상을 갖고, 6개의 걸어맞춤 홈(15)과 6개의 구동날개(16)가 교대로 배치해서 형성되어 있고, 상기 구동 날개(16)의 측면(16)이 나사 축선과 평행하게 연장하는 동시에, 내단부에 상기 오목부(12)의 저면(17)으로 향해서 내향으로 경사적 연장하는 원추상으로 파여진 벽면(18)이 형성되어 있다. 상기 걸어맞춤홈 (15)의 횡단면적(A)가 상기 구동 날개(16)의 횡단면적(B) 보다 크게 되어 있다.
드라이버 피트(25)는 상기 오목부(12)의 걸어맞춤홈(15)에 정합하는 6개의 구동날개(27)와 이 구동 날개 (27)의 사이에 형성되고 상기 오목부(12)의 구동 날개(16)에 정합하는 6개의 홈(28)을 가지고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 오목부 형성 나사의 평면도,
제2도는 오목부 형성 나사의 주요부의 종단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 오목부 형성 나사 및 그 드라이버 피트의 주요부를 도시하는 사시도,
제4도는 오목부 형성 나사의 오목부에 드라이버 피트가 걸어맞춰진 상태를 도시한 종단면도.
Claims (4)
- 나사 머리부에 드라이버 피트가 걸어맞춰진 오목부(12)를 가지는 나사에 있어서, 상기 오목부가 정삼각형의 머리부를 원호상으로 형성한 2개의 삼각형상 구멍이 위상을 60도 비켜서 동축상에 겹쳐서 형성되어 있는 횡단면 형상을 가지고, 6개의 걸어맞춤 홈과 6개의 구동 날개가 교대로 배치 형성되어 있고, 상기 구동 날개의 측면이 나사축선과 평행하게 연장하는 동시에, 내단부에 오목부의 저면으로 향해서 내향으로 경사연장하는 원추상으로 파여진 벽면이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오목부 형성 나사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸어맞춤 홈의 횡단면적이 구동날개의 횡단면적 보다 크게되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오목부 형성 나사.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오목부의 내접원의 직경이 오목부의 외접원의 직경에 대해서 70∼75%인 것을 특징으로 하는 오목부 형성 나사.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 기재된 상기 오목부의 걸어맞춤 홈에 정합하는 6개의 구동 날개와, 구동 날개의 사이에 형성되고 오목부의 구동 날개에 정합하는 6개의 홈을 가지고 있는 특징으로 하는 드라이버 피트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
