Abstract

(A) 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 함유하는 주기율표 ⅣB족의 천이 금속화합물, (B) 유기알루미늄화합물, (C1) 브론스테드산, (C2) (C-1) 마그네슘화합물, (C-2) 전자공여체와 접속시켜 얻은 물질 및 (C3) (C-1) 마그네슘화합물, (C-2) 전자공여체(C-3) 유기금속화합물을 서로 접촉시켜 얻은 물질중 어느 하나로 구성되는 올레핀 중합용 촉매를 개시하고 또한 상술한 올레핀 중합용 촉매의 존재하에서 올레핀을 중합하기 위한 방법을 개시한다. 상술한 바와같은 그러한 올레핀 중합용 촉매 및 중합방법은 올레핀 중합활성도와 경제적 효율이 우수하다.

제2도는 본 발명에 의한 올레핀 중합용 촉매의 또다른 제조방법의 설명도.

Claims (16)

  1. 하기 성분으로 구성된 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 촉매 (A) 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 함유하는 주기율표 ⅣB족의 천이 금속화합물, (B) 유기알루미늄화합물, (C1) 브론스테드산.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브론스테드산(C1)이 고체산인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고체산이 이온 교환물질인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고체산은 헤테로 폴리액시드인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 브론스테드산(C1)이 유기산인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 유기산이 설폰산인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  7. 하기 성분으로 구성된 곳이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 촉매 (A) 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 함유하는 주기율표 ⅣB족의 천이 금속화합물, (B) 유기알루미늄화합물, (C2) (C-1) 마그네슘화합물과 (C-2) 전자공여체를 접촉시켜 얻은 물질.
  8. 하기 성분으로 구성된 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 촉매 (A) 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 함유하는 주기율표 ⅣB족의 천이 금속화합물, (B) 유기알루미늄 화합물, (C3) (C1-) 마그네슘화합물, (C-2) 전자공여체, (C-3) 유기금속화합물을 서로 접촉시켜 얻은 물질.
  9. 하기 성분으로 구성된 올레핀 중합용 촉매의 존재하에서 올레핀을 중합시키는 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합방법. (A) 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 함유하는 주기율표 ⅣB족의 천이 금속화합물, (B) 유기알루미늄 화합물, (C1) 브론스테드산.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 브론스테드산(C1)이 고체산인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고체산이 이온 교환물질인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고체산이 헤테로 폴리산인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 브론스테드산(C1)이 유기산인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 유기산이 설폰산인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합방법.
  15. 하기 성분으로 구성된 올레핀 중합용 촉매의 존재하에서 올레핀을 중합하는 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합방법. (A) 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 함유하는 주기율표 ⅣB족의 천이 금속화합물, (B) 유기알루미늄 화합물, (C1) 마그네슘화합물와 (C-2) 전자공여체를 접촉시켜 얻은 물질.
