Abstract
본 발명은 (a)주기율표에서 3,4,5,6,8,12,13,14 및 15족으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속의, 표면적이 넓은, 산화물 또는 산화물 전구체, 또는 이들의 혼합물, (b)인-함유 성분 및 (c)주기율표에서 1,2및 3족으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속의 산화물 또는 산화물 전구체, 또는 이들의 혼합물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는, 아크릴성 폴리아민대 기타 반응생성물의 비율을 개선시키는, 알콜과 아민을 축합반응시키기 위한 촉매 조성물에 관한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 주로 선형이 폴리아민을 제조하기 위한 촉매의 제조방법 및 이의 사용방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 바람직한 촉매 조성물을 이의 활성성분들의 몰%로 도시한 3성분 도표이다.
Claims (10)
- (a)주기율표에서 3,4,5,6,8,12,13,14 및 15족으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속의, 표면적이 넓은, 산화물 또는 산화물 전구체, 또는 이들의 혼합물, (b)인-함유 성분 및 (c)주기율표에서 1,2및 3족으로이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속의 산화물 또는 산화물 전구체, 또는 이들의 혼합물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는, 아크릴성폴리아민대 기타 반응생성물의 비율을 개선시키는, 알콜과 아민을 축합반응시키기 위한 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, P2O5로서 계산된 인-함유 화합물 약 10내지 약 50몰%, 산화물(들) 약 5내지 약 40몰%및 잔여량의 4,5,6,8,12,13,14 또는 15족 금속(들)의 산화물을 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, P2O5로서 계산된 인-함유 화합물 약 15내지 약 40몰%, 산화물(들)로서 계산된 1족 금속(들)약 20내지 약 30몰% 및 잔여량의 TiO2, ZrO2또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1족 금속이 Na인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당해 촉매 조성물이 제1도의3원 도표에서 A-B-C-A의 지점을 잇는 지정된 조성물 영역내에 포함되는 촉매 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 당해 촉매 조성물이 제1도의 3원 도표에서 D-E-F-K-G-H-D의 지점을 잇는 지정된 조성물 영역내의 포함되는 촉매 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 당해 촉매 조성물이 제1도의 3원 도표에서 I-J-K-L-M-N-I의 지점을 잇는 지정된 조성물 영역내에 포함되는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 350℃이상의 온도에서 하나 이상의 촉매적으로 활성인 포스페이트 종을 생성시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 처리한 촉매 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 약 350℃이상의 온도에서 하나 이상의 촉매적으로 활성이 포스페이트 종을 생성시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 촉매 조성물.
- (a)주기율표에서 3,4,5,6,8,12,13,14 및 15족으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속의, 표면적이 넓은, 산화물 또는 산화물 전구체, 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및 (b)주기율표에서 1,2 및 3족으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속의 산화물 또는 산화물 전구체, 또는 이들의 혼합물과 인-함유 성분의 반응 생성물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 제1항의 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
