배부식 농약 분무기
제1도는 본 고안의 전체적인 구성단면도.

본 고안은 배부식 농약 분무기에 관한것으로 분무기 내부에 분사될 농약저장통을 별도로 설치하여 농약의 분사량을 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 하고 실린더의 상단을 연장하여 형성시키면서 약통에 고정되게 하므로서 요동없이 사용할 수 있게한 것이다.
종래의 분무기는 피스톤과 배출분사관이 직결로 되어 있어서 피스톤의 작동거리에 따라 농약 분사량이 정해지므로 피스톤을 작동시키는 정도에 따라 분사되는 양이 정해지고 작동속도가 떨어지면 분사량도 저하되게 되어서 분사작업이 일정하지 못한 결점이 있었고 또한 농약통 내의 실린더가 하단에만 고정되어 있으므로 피스톤이 작동할때 실린더 상부가 요동되어 실린더 부착부에 유동이 생기므로 수명이 오래가지 못했던 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 결점을 시정하고 보완하기 위해 안출된 고안으로서 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
실린더(2) 아래에 나사봉(3c)이 돌출된 받침구(3)을 형성시키되 내부에 흡입공(3a)을 관통시켜 공급공(3b)과 연결시키고 볼(4)을 내설하는 공지의 것에 있어서 실린더(2) 상부로 둘레에 수개의 범람공(6b)이 뚫린 안내관(6)을 길게 연장시켜 성형한후 상단에 걸림고정부(7)와 나사부(6a)를 만들어 약통(1)상판에 고정시키고 그외측에 저장통(11)을 장치하여 상하단을 약통(1)에 고정시키되 저장통의 상단 유입나사관(12a)을 외부로 노출시켜 피스톤(8)의 유출관(8a)과 신축성호스(10)로 연결시키고 저장통(11)의 유입부 내측으로 길게 유도간(12)을 장치하며 저장통(11)하단 배출고정관(13)을 약통(1) 저부로 노출시켜 농약분사구(15)와 연결호스(14)로 연결시킨 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 실린더(2)상부에 범람공(6b)이 있는 안내관(6)이 형성되어 그나사부(6b)와 걸림고정부(7)에 의거 실린더(2) 상부가 약통(1)에 결합 고정되므로 실린더 내부에 피스톤을 끼워 피스톤(8)을 상하로 작용시킬 때 실린더(2)가 요동되는 것을 막을 수 있어 실린더(2)의 설치가 완전하게 되어 피스톤 승강이 용이하게 되며 수명이 오래 유지할 수 있고 안내관(6)외주면에 수개의 범람공(6b)이 형성되어 있어 피스톤이 승강될 때 실린더 내부로 들어가는 약이 약통으로 범람되어 외부에 까지 압출될 위험이 없으며 피스톤(8)에서 유출되는 농약은 저장통(11)의 저장실(11a)에 저장되었다 분출되기 때문에 일정의 압력을 저장통에 유지시킬 수 있어서 피스톤(8)의 작동거리에 관계없이 일정압으로 농약을 분사시킬 수 있는 장점이 있고 이로인해 분사작업이 용이한 이점을 얻는 것이다.

  1. 실린더(2) 아래에 나사봉(3c)이 돌출된 받침구(3)을 형성시키되 내부에 흡입공(3a)을 관통시켜 공급공(3b)과 연결시키고 볼(4)을 내설하는 공지의 것에 있어서 실린더(2) 상부로 둘레에 수개의 범람공(6b)이 뚫린 안내관(6)을 길게 연장시켜 성형한후 상단에 걸림고정부(7)와 나사부(6a)를 만들어 약통(1) 상판에 고정시키고 그 외측에 저장통(11)을 장치하여 상하단을 약통(1)에 고정시키되 저장통의 상단 유입나사관(12a)을 외부로 노출시켜 피스톤(8)의 유출관(8a)과 신축성호스(10)로 연결시키고 저장통(11)의 유입부 내측으로 길게 유도관(12)을 장치하며 저장통(11)하단 배출고정관(13)을 약통(1) 저부로 노출시켜 농약분사구(15)와 연결호스(14)로 연결시킨 배부식 농약 분무기.
