Abstract

본 발명은 (1) 가)올레핀계 공중합체 고무 10∼90중량부, 나)결정성 올레핀계 수지 90∼10중량부, 다)상기 가) 및 나)성분 100중량부에 대하여, 가교제 0.05∼5중량부 및 라)상기 가) 및 나)성분 100중량부에 대하여, 가교조제 5중량부 이하를 180∼280℃의 온도에서 동적 가교시켜 제조한 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성중합체 수지 100중량부, (2)스티렌계 블록 공중합체 1∼50중량부 및 (3)결정성 올레핀계 수지 100중량부 이하를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물(상기 (2) 및 (3)성분의 양은 상기 (1)성분 100중량부를 기준으로 한 것임)을 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. (1)가. 올레핀계 공중합체 고무 10∼90중량부, 나.상기 가 및 나 성분 100중량부에 대하여, 가교제 0.05∼5중량부 및 다.상기 가 및 나 성분 100중량부에 대하여, 가교제 5중량부 이하를 180∼280℃의 온도에서 동적 가교시켜 제조한 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성중합체 수지 100중량부, (2)스티렌계 블록 공중합체 1∼50중량부 및 (3)결정성 올레핀계 수지 100중량부 이하를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물(상기 (2) 및 (3)성분의 양은 상기 (1)성분 100중량부를 기준으로 한 것임).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 공중합체 고무가 에틸렌 프로피리렌 디엔 3원 공중합체 고무임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성중합체 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 올레핀계 수지가 이소택틱 또는 신디오택틱 폴리프로필렌, 결정성 프로필레단족중합체, 프로필렌과 α-올레핀 단량체와의 블록 또는 랜덤 공중합체로 제조된 결정성 폴리올레핀, 또는 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그의 유도체로 변성된 결정성 폴리프로필렌임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성중합체 수지 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀 단량체가 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐 또는 1-헥센임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성중합체 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제가 디큐밀퍼옥사이드, 디-부틸퍼옥사이드, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)-3,3,5-트리메틸 시클로헥산, 1,3-비스(t-부틸퍼옥시)-3,3,5-트리메틸 시클로헥산, 1,3-비스(t-부틸퍼옥시 이소프로필)벤젠, n-부틸-4,4-비스(t-부틸퍼옥시)발리레이트, 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, P-클로로벤조일퍼옥사이드, 2,4-디클로로벤조일 옥사이드 또는 t-부틸퍼벤조에이트 라우릴 퍼옥사이드임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성중합체 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교조제가 디비닐벤젠, 트리알릴시아누레이트, 에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜 디에타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트 또는 알릴 메타크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성중합체 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스트린계 블록공중합체가 비닐 방향족 탄화수소(A)와 공액디엔(B)이 중합된 A-B-A나 A-B형의 블록 공중합체 탄성중합체임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성중합체 수지 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 A성분이 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 비닐톨루앤, 비닐자일렌, 에틸비닐자일렌 또는 비닐나프탈렌으로 구성된 열가소성 단독 중합체 또는 열가소성 공중합체이고, 상기 B성분이 1,3-부타디엔, 2,3-디메틸부타디엔, 이소프렌, 1,3-펜타디엔 또는 이들의 수소화된 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성중합체 수지 조성물.
