Abstract

본 발명은 수직방향의 입구 및 출구덕트를 구비한 유동상(流動床) 반응기의 에어디스트리뷰터용 사이펀형 에어 노즐에 관한 것으로서, 출구덕트의 연장선에서 출구덕트의 수직축에 대하여 입구덕트의 방향으로α=0°∼20°의 각으로 설치되고, 에어디스트리뷰터를 관통하여 윈드박스 내부까지 돌출되고, 에어디스트리뷰터를 관통하여 윈드박스 내부까지 돌출되고, 착탈가능한 커버를 가진 연결슬리브를 구비한다. 또한, 에어노즐 출구개구부의 상부 에지는 에어디스트리뷰터의 내화성 라이닝의 상부 에지와 동일한 높이로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 수직방향의 입구 및 출구덕트를 구비한 유동상(流動床) 반응기의 에어디스트리뷰터용 사이펀형 에어노즐에 있어서, 출구덕트(7)의 연장선에서 출구덕트(7)의 수직축에 대하여 입구덕트(6)의 방향으로α=0°∼20°의 각으로 설치되고, 에어디스트 리뷰터(3)를 관통하여 윈드박스 내부까지 돌출되고, 착탈가능한 커버(10)를 가진 연결슬리브(9)를 구비하며, 에어노즐 출구개구부(12)의 상부 에지는 에어디스트리뷰터(3)의 내화성 라이닝(4)의 상부 에지와 동일한 높이로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사이펀형 에어노즐.
