Abstract

본 발명은 초대동맥 맥파치를 판정함에 있어서 각각의 동맥 맥파치만 비교하지 않고 각각의 동맥 맥파치 및 그 전,후의 동맥 맥파치를 함께 계산하여 이들을 비교 판정하여 계산함에 있어서도 맥파치의 합 또는 평균치로 계산하고 각각의 동맥 맥파치의 차이값을 계산하여 차이값 변화를 감지하면서 1차로 결정된 최대동맥 맥파치가 실제최대동맥 맥파치인가를 비교하여 최대동맥 맥파치를 판정하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자혈압계의 최대동맥맥파치 판정방법 및 그 장치임.

전자혈압계의 최대동맥 맥파티판정방법 및 그 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 전자혈압계의 개략적인 구성도,
제2도는 제1도에서 보인 마이컴부의 세부적인 구성도,
제3도는 본 발명의 한 실시예를 보인 그래프,
제4도와 제5도는 노이즈가 실제최대동맥 맥파치코처에서 발생되었을때 본 발명의 작용효과를 보인 그래프.

Claims (4)

  1. 피측정자의 신체특정부위를 감싸는 압박대인 커프(1)와 이 커프(1)내의 공기를 가압시켜주는 가압부(2), 상기 커프(1)내의 공기를 감압시켜주는 배기부(3)와, 상기 커프(1)내의 공기압을 검출해내는 압력센서부(4), 이 압력센서부(4)의 아날로그출력신호를 디지탈신호로 변환시켜주는 A/D컨버터부(5)와 이 A/D컨버터부(5)로 부터 출력되는 변환된 검출신호로 부터 최고, 최저, 평균혈압과 맥박수를 판정하는 마이컴부(6), 그러고 이 마이컴부(6)를 오프레이팅하는 조작부(7)와 상기 마이컴부(6)에 의한 판정결과를 표시해주는 표시부 (8)로 이루어진 것에 있어서, 마이컴부(6)를 동맥 맥파검출부(6a), 커프압 검출부(6b), 기억부(6c), 연산부(6d), 최고, 최저혈압판정부(6e), 맥박수판정부(6f), 그리고 커프압조절부(6g)로 구성하되 동맥 맥파검출부(6a)및 커프압검출부(6b)와 접속되는 기억부(6c)를 가압부(7)및 배기부(3)와 연결되는 커프압조절부(6g)와 접속시키고, 기억부(6c)를 최고, 최저혈압판정부(6e)및 맥박수판정부(6f)와 연결되는 연산부(6d)와 접속시킴과 아울러 표시부(8)와 상기 최고, 최저혈압판정부(6e) 및 맥박수판정부(6e)와 접속시켜서 측정되는 각 동맥 맥파치 및 그 전, 후의 동맥 맥파치를 기억하면서 혈압을 판정하도록 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자혈압계의 최대동맥 맥파치판정장치.
  2. 커프(1)와 연결된 압력센서부(4)로 부터 출력되는 아날로그신호를 디지탈신호로 변환시켜주는 A/D컨버터(5)의 검출신호로 부터 최고, 최저, 평균혈압과 맥박수를 마이콤부(6)로 판정함에 있어서, 동맥 맥파검출부(6a)및 커프압검출부(6b)에 의해 검출되는 각 동맥 맥차피 및 그 전,후의 동맥 맥파치를 기억부(6c)로 기억하면서 함께 계산하여 비교, 판정함으로서 최대동맥 판정하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자혈압계의 최대동맥 맥파치판정방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 기억부(6c)에 기억된 동맥 맥파치의 합또는 평균치로 계산하여 최대동맥 맥파치를 판정하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자혈압계의 최대동맥 맥파치판정방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느한 향에 있어서, 각각의 동맥 맥파치의 차이값을 계산하여 이 차이값 변화추세를 감지하면서 1차로 결정된 최대동맥 맥파치가 실제최대동맥 맥파치인가를 비교하여 최대동맥 맥파치를 판정하는것임을 특징으로 하는 전자 혈압계의 최대동맥 맥파치 판정방법.
