Abstract

차량에 있어서의 번호판은 사람의 이름과 같은 성격을 띄고 있으므로 상당히 중요한 것임에도 불구하고, 현재까지 그 관리가 소흘해져 온것이 사실이다. 특히, 번호판은 범죄 예방이나 범법자의 검거에 매우 중요하지만, 그 식별이 용이하지 않아 관민이 모두 애를먹고 있는 실정이다. 아직까지도 그에 대한 특별한 방법이 없어 획기적인 수단을 강구하지 못하고 있으며, 혹자는 그럴듯한 방법을 이용할라치면 운전자들의 인권침해라는 이유때문에 수단이 거절되어 왔다. 특히 현재의 앞 번호판은 야간에는 전조등의 영향때문에 도저히 식별이 안된다. 사실상 뒷번호판 보다는 앞번호판의 식별이 더 중요한데, 그 중요성을 망각하고 있는 것이다. 본 고안은 어떤 악천후에서도 그 식별이 용이하게 고안된 것이다.The license plate in the vehicle has the same characteristics as the name of a person, but despite the fact that it is very important, it is true that its management has been kept to date.
