수집한 분뇨 및 고농도 유기 오ㆍ폐수를 먼저 그 가운데 포함되어 있는 협잡물 및 섬유질물을 로타리드럼 스크린에 의하여 제거한 후 분뇨 저류조로 보내어 저류조에서 소정시간 정치시키면서 균질화시킨 후 산소 공급 포기장치, 기계적인 교반장치, 직접 소화조내에 스팀을 공급하여 온도를 조절하는 온도조절 장치가 설치되어 있는 회분식 중ㆍ고온 혐기ㆍ호기 반복소화조로 보내어 대기되어 있는 잉여분이 배출되고 남은슬러지와 혼합시켜 BOD 부하를 떨어뜨린 후 호기성ㆍ혐기성 조작을 필요에 따라 1회∼수회 반복하여 시행(cyclic operation)하여서 원하는 BOD, COD, T-N, T-P의 제거가 이루어지면 정치시켜 상등수와 침전슬러지로 분리시킨 다음 상등수는 침전조에서 고분자 응집약품 처리 및 오존처리를 하여 살균처리와 SS를 응집침전처리 시킨 후 유동상 모래여과기로 보내 2차적으로 SS를 제거시킨 다음 한외여과막 분리장치로 보내고, 침전슬러지는 소화조 용량의 1/10∼1/3 정도 남기고 잉여분은 탈수기로 보내 고액 분리시켜 고형분은 저장실에 저장하였다가 추후 토양 개량제화 하는데 사용하고 여액은 다시 저류조로 보내서 재처리한다. 한외여과막 장치로 보내진 상등 배출수는 이 장치에서 잔존 SS 및 BOD, COD를 보다 확실히 분리 제거 시킨 후 방류하거나 필요에 따라 활성탄 흡착 장치로 보내 충분하게 처리한 후 방류하는 분뇨 및 고농도 유기오ㆍ폐수의 고도처리방법.The collected manure and high concentration organic wastewater are first removed from the contaminant and fibrous material contained therein by rotary drum screen and sent to the manure storage tank for homogenization while standing in the storage tank for a predetermined time.
