Abstract
PTC세라믹스(1)를 하면에 배설한 금속판(2)의 상면으로, 상기 PTC 세라믹스 배설부의 상부에는 단열성이 큰 재료 또는 공간(4)를, 기타 부분에는 금속판의 열을 전달하기 위한 재료(3)를 각각 배치하고, 그 상면에 마감판(5)을 설치한 패널 히이터, 바람직하기로는 금속판(2)에 소요 간격을 두고 오목 홈를 절곡 형성하며, 상기 홈의 하면에 PTC 세라믹스(1)를, 홈 내부에는 단열성이 큰 재료 또는 공간(4)을 각각 설치하고, 그 상면에는 마감판(5)을 설치한다. 이에 따라, 구조가 간단하고 커다란 하중을 지탱할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 국부 과열이 없는 패널 히이터가 제공된다.

Claims (13)
- 발열체를 하면에 배설한 금속판의 상면으로, 상기 발열체 배설부의 상부에는 차단성이 큰 재료 또는 공간을, 기타 부분에는 금속판의 열을 전달시키기 위한 재료를 각각 설치하고, 그 상면에 마무리판을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 히이터.
- 소요 간격으로 오목형 홈을 절곡 형성한 금속판의, 상기 조구의 하면에 발열체를, 홈의 내부에는 단열성이 큰 재료 또는 공간을 각각 설치하고, 그 상면에 마무리판을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 하이티.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 발열체가 PTC소자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 히이터.
- 상면에 발열체 및 도선등을 수납하기 위한 오목부가 형성된 대좌와, 이 대좌의 상기 오목부에 수납, 배치된 복수개의 발열체 및 도선등의 부품과, 상기 대좌의 상면을 덮는 방열판을 구비한 PTC세라믹소자를 이용한 패널 히이터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상하의 전극판 사이에 그 길이방향을 따라 접합되는 복수의 PTC 소자를 복수의 군으로 나누어 하나의 군에 속하는 PTC세라믹 소자끼리를 열적으로 접근시킨 발열체를 이용한 PTC세라믹소자를 이용한 패널 히이터.
- α값이 5"20%/℃의 특성을 가지는 PTC소자를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 PTC 발열장치.
- Nb원소함유율이 0.03중량% 미만인 BaYiOA3주성분으로 하는 PTC 소자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PTC 발열장치.
- PTC소자의 두께 방향에 있어서, 표면부의 비저항/중심부의 비저항으로 표시되는 값이 1.1이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 PTC 발열장치.
- 제6항, 제7항, 또는 제8항에 있어서, 25℃일때의 실온저항치와 출력의 곱이 2.0 ×104(ΩㆍW)이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PTC 발열장치.
- 복수개의 정특성 더미스터의 한쪽 극에 각 더미스터에 공통인 통전용 주전극으로 집합하고, 또한 각 더미스터의 다른 쪽 극에 각 더미스터를 선택적으로 전각적으로 접합하는 복수의 통전용 전극을 설치함과 동시에 동일한 더미스터에 대해서는 동일면에서 상기 복수의 통전용 전극의 전기적 접합이 중복되지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 출력 가변의 PTC 더미스터 히이터.
- 복수개의 정특성 더미스터의 양극에 각 더미스터를 선택적으로 전기적으로 접합하는 복수의 통전용 전극을 각각 설치함과 동시에 동일한 더미스터에 대해서는 동일면에서 상기 복수의 통전용 전기적 접합이 중복되지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 출력 가변의 PTC 더미스터 히이터.
- 상하 평행한 띠모양 전극판 사이에 복수개의 PTC소자를 소정틈을 두고 접합한 PTC 더미스터 발열장치에 있어서, 상기 틈에 절연재를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 PTC 더미스터 발열장치.
