Abstract

본 발명은 촉매량의 1,2-디알킬-이미다졸 촉매 존재하에 이소시아네이트 함유 프리폴리머 조성물과 물을 함유하는 이소시아네이트 반응 조성물을 반응시킴으로써 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 2 내지 6의 평균 공칭 관능가 및 500 내지 5,000의 수평균 당량을 갖는 이소시아네이트 반응 폴리머와 화학양론적 과량의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물을 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 2 내지 15중량%의 유리 NCO 함량을 갖는 액체 이소시아네이트 함유 프리폴리머 조성물을 알킬기가 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 촉매량의 1,2-디알킬-이미다졸 존재하에 이소시아네이트 반응 화합물의 총량을 기준으로 50중량% 이상의 물을 함유하는 이소시아네이트 반응 조성물과 반응시킴으로써 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 반응 조성물의 양이 프리폴리머 조성물 100중량부 당 1 내지 2중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용 촉매의 양이 이소시아네이트와 이소시아네이트 반응 성분의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬기가 1 또는 2개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 반응 조성물의 양이 프리폴리머 조성물 100중량부 당 1 내지 20 중량부이고, 사용 촉매의 양이 이소시아네이트와 이소시아네이트 반응 성분의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량%이고, 알킬기가 1 또는 2개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
