Abstract
본 발명은 수직 배향된 단섬유로 보강된 트레드 및 제조방법에 관한 것으로 단섬유가 혼합된 고무 배합물을 사용하여 타이어 트레드를 제조할때 단섬유가 트레드의 두께 방향 즉 실제 타이어 상에서는 지면과 수직으로 배향되게 하기 위하여 실제 타이어 트레드의 폭이 압출물의 두께가 되고 실제 타이어 트레드의 길이 즉 실제 타이어의 원주길이(2πR : R은 반경)가 압출물의 폭이 되도록 한 장방형의 금형을 통하여 압출시키는 단계, 상기 압출물을 실제 타이어 성형에 사용되는 트레드의 두께로 절단하는 단계 및 재차 절차된 압출물의 모서리와 중앙부분을 깍거나 압인 몰드로 압인하는 단계로 이루어진다.The present invention relates to a tread reinforced with vertically oriented short fibers and a method for manufacturing the tire tread using a rubber blend in which short fibers are oriented so that the short fibers are oriented perpendicular to the ground in the thickness direction of the tread, that is, the actual tire.
