Abstract

이 발명에서는 발명자 이전에 신규한 밸브를 발명하여 출원공개하였다.(특개소 61-228178호).
이 벨브는 적은 힘으로 비교적 압력이 높은 액체에 대하여 밸브의 개폐를 용이하게 할 수 있고 개폐시에 완충할 수가 있었다.
그러나, 이 밸브는 개폐시 완충이 불충분한 것이었다.
본 발명의 목적은 계폐도 충분하게 완충 할 수 있고, 미속개방, 미속폐쇄를 할수 있는 밸브를 제공하는 것이다.
축구멍, 옆구멍 및 밸브시트를 까지는 밸브실의 길이방향의 도중에 오리피스를 가지는 스페이서를 설치하고, 상기 밸브시트쪽에 밸브실을, 그 반대쪽에 후실을 형성하고, 상기 전실에 제1스프링을 통하여 주밸브를 수용하고, 상기 후실에 대개 용기형상하고 역류방지 밸브에 붙은 통공을 가지는 부밸브를 제2스프링을 통하여 수용하고, 상기 후실과 상기 옆구멍 및 축구멍을 각각 역류방지 밸브를 통하여 연이어 통하고, 상기 후실과 기름탱크를 트레인 통로에 연이어 통하고, 이 드레인 통로 개폐벨브를 설치하였다.

Claims (4)

  1. 본체(1)에 형성된 밸브시트(2)를 가지는 밸브실(3)과 그 밸브실(3)의 길이 방향의 도중에 그 밸브실(3)를 차단하게 설치된 오리피스(4)를 가지는 스페이서(5)와, 그 스페이서(5)에 의하여 상기 밸브실(3)의 상기 밸브시트(2)근처에 형성된 전실(6)및 그 반대쪽에 형성된 후실(7)과, 상기 전실(6)에 수용되고 제1스프링(8)에 의하여 항상 상기 밸브시트(2)방향으로 탄설되어있는 주밸브(9)와 상기 후실(7)에 수용되고 제2스프링(10)에 의하여 상기 스페이서(5)방향으로 탄설되어 있는 대개 용기형상의 부밸브(11)와, 그 부밸브(11)에 형성된 역류방지벨브(12)를 가지는 통공(13)과, 상기 주밸브(9)와 상기 밸브시트(2)사이의 공간에 형성된 끝단실(14)과, 상기 본체(1)에 형성된 상기밸브실(3)의 옆벽(15)를 통하여 상기 끝단실(14)에 연이어 통하는 옆구멍(16)과, 상기 본체(1)에 형성된 상기 벨브실(3)의 축방향의 앞부분의 끝벽(17)을 통하여 상기 끝단(14)에 끼워 통하는 축구멍(18)과, 상기 본체(1)에 형성되고 상기 후실(7)과 기름탱크를 연하여 통하는 개페밸브(19) 가지는 드레인 통로(20)와, 상기 본체(1)에 형성된 상기 후실(7)에 연하여 통하는 연통로(21)와, 그 연통로(21)와 상기 옆구멍(16)를 연하여 통하게 시킨 제2역류방지 밸브(22)를 가지는 제1통로(23)와, 상기 연통로(21)와 축구멍(18)를 끼워 통하게한 제3역류방지 밸브(24)를 제2통로(25)와, 를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1통로(23)는 제1압력보상 감압밸브(26)를 가지고 제2통로(25)는 제2압력 보상감압밸브(27)를 가지고 있는 밸브.
  3. 제2항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 드레인 통로(23)는 개방용 속도 조절밸브(28)를 가지고, 연통로(21)은 폐쇄용 속도 조절밸브(29)를 가지고 있는 밸브.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 주밸브(9)는 상기 축구멍(18)내를 통과하는 완충부재(30)를 가지고 있는 밸브.
