Abstract

본 발명은 인축에 무해한 광물질을 열처리하여 시멘트에 혼합시킴으로서 시멘트의 독성이 제거되고 동,식물및 인체에 무해한 경량 콘크리트를 제조할 수 있는 시멘트의 독성제거용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 맥반석, 의왕석, 지오라이트를 혼합, 소성, 분해하여 분말시키고 이를 질속등과 혼합하여 제조되는 시멘트의 독성제거용 조성물 및 그 제조방법인 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 맨반석 약 30%, 의왕석 약 30%, 지오라이트 약 40%를 혼합, 소성, 분쇄하여 분말화시킨 시멘트의 독성제거용 조성물.
  2. 질석분말 약 60%, 혼합소성분말 약 30%, 활석분말 약 5%, 에이이제 약 1%, 표면활성제 약 1%, 동물성유지약1%, 세레늄 3-5%, 기타 미량을 혼합하여서 된 시멘트 독성제거용 조성물.
  3. 맥반석 약 30%, 의왕석 약 30%,지오라이트 약 40%를 혼합하여 20-30 메쉬로 분쇄하고, 제트로에서 약 1,000℃로 소성한 다음 이를 다시 미세하게 분쇄하여 분말화시키는 시멘트 독성제거용 조성물의 제조방법.
