Abstract
고령토를 물과 1.3:1로 혼합하여 볼밀에 넣고 100메쉬 이하로 습식 분쇄한 후 과량의 농황산(96%)를 가하여 반응시킨다. 얻은 반응액에 A12O3함량 8.2%가 되도록 물을 가하고 알민산 소오다 수용액으로 유리황산을 중화(PH 3.5)시킨후 여과하여 액상 황산알미늄을 회수하고 남은 규사를 수세하고 유효 염소농도 10%의 차아염소산 소오다 수용액으로 탈색하는 고령토를 이용한 미분말상 규사 제조방법.Kaolin is mixed with water in a ratio of 1.3: 1, put into a ball mill, wet-pulverized to 100 mesh or less, and reacted by adding an excess of concentrated sulfuric acid (96%).
