Abstract

본 발명은 이소티아졸론 화합물, 브롬산 또는 요오드산의 알칼리 금속염 및 물을 함유하는 산업적 용도용 살균조성물에 관한 것이다. 살균조성물중의 이소티아졸론 화합물은 장기간 동안 안정하게 유지될 수 있다.

Claims (18)

  1. 이소티아졸론 화합물, 브롬산 또는 요오드산의 알칼리 금속염 및 물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 산업적 용도용 살균 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이소티아졸론 화합물이 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물인 조성물:
    (상기식에서, Y는 수소원자 또는 임의로 치환된 탄화수기를 나타내고; X1및X2는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 알킬기를 나타내고, 고리 A는 임의로 치환된 벤젠을 나타낸다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 임으로 치환된 탄화수소기가 (ⅰ)C1~10알킬기, (ⅱ)C2~6알케닐기. (ⅲ)C2~6알키닐기, (ⅳ)C3~10시클로알킬기 또는 (ⅴ)C6~14아릴기이고, 이들 각각은 히드록실기, 할로겐원자, 시아노기, 아미노기, 카르복실기, C1~4알콕시기, C6~10아릴옥시기, C1~4알킬티오기 및 C6~10아릴티오기 및 C6~19아릴티오기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1내지 5개의 환제로 치환될 수 있는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 알킬기가 C1~6알킬기인 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 임의로 치환된 벤젠이 히드록실기, 할로겐원자, 시아노기, 아미노기, 카르복실기, C1~4알킬기 및 C1~4알콕시기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 내지 4개의 치환체로 치환될 수 있는 벤젠을 나타내는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 이소티아졸론 화합물이 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 및/또는 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온인 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 대 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온의 중량비가 1:5 내지 20인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬리 금속염이 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 루비늄 염인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 브롬산의 알칼리 금속염이 포타슘 브로메이트인 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 글리콜계 용매를 함유하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 수용성 글리콜계 용매가 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜 또는 디프로필렌 글리콜인 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 이소티아졸론 화합물 대 브롬산 또는 요오드산의 알칼리 금속염의 중량비가 1:0.02 내지 0.5인 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 이소티아졸론 화합물 대 물의 중량비가 1:5 내지 30인 조성물.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 물 대 수용성 글리콜계 용매의 중량비가 1:0.1 내지 10인 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 이소티아졸론 화합물 0.1 내지 10중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온, 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온, 포타슘 브로메이트, 물 및 에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하는 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 라텍스 유액용 살균조성물인 조성물.
  18. 이소티아졸론 화합물, 브롬산 또는 요오드산의 알칼리 금속염 및 물을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소티아졸론 화합물의 안정화방법
