Abstract

본 발명은 디페닐메탄 이소시아네이트 기재의 이소시아네이트 말단 프리폴리머에 관한 것이다. 이 프리폴리머는 약 75내지 약 95중량%의 이핵 이성질체 및 약 5내지 약 25중량%의중합 이소시아네이트를 함유한 디페닐메탄 이소시아네이트 혼합물과 폴리에테르 폴리올과의 반응 산물이다. 이핵 이성질체는 일반적으로 약 15내지 약 40중량%의 2,4'-이성질체 약 2내지 약 10중량%의 2, 2'-이성질체를 함유하고 있다. 폴리에테르 폴리올은 약 3내지 약8의 관능가, 약 350내지 약 1000㎎수산화칼륨/g의 OH 수 및 약 150 내지 약 1000의 분자량을 가진다. 상기 프리폴리머는 특히 밝은 색 치수 안정성 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체의 생산을 위한 출발물질로서 유용하다.

Claims (7)

  1. a) (1)약 15내지 약 40중량%가 2,4-이성질체 및 약 2 내지 약 10중량%가 2,2'-이성질체인 이핵 이성질체 약 75내지 약 95중량% 및(2)중합 이소시아네이트 약 5내지 약 25중량%가 존재하는 디페닐메탄 이소시아네이트 혼합물과, b)관능가가 약 3내지 약8, OH 수가 약 350내지 약 1000㎎수산화칼륨/g 및 분자량이 약 150내지 약 1000인 폴리에테르 폴리올의 반응 산물인, 우레탄 함유 디페닐메탄 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머.
  2. 제1항의 프리폴리머와 디페닐메탄 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물.
  3. a)(1) 약 15내지 약 40중량%가 2,4'-이성질체이고 약 2내지 약 10중량%가 2,2'-이성질체인 이핵 이성질체 약 75내지 약 95중량% 및 (2) 중합 이소시아네이트 약 5내지 약 25중량%를 함유한 디페닐메탄 이소시아네이트 혼합물을 (b)관능가가 약3내지 약 8, OH수가 약 350 내지 약 1000㎎수산화칼륨/g및 분자량이 약 150 내지 약 1000인 폴리에테르 폴리올 0.1내지 10중량%와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 우레탄 함유 디페닐메탄 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 약 6내지 약 8중량%의 폴리올 b)가 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 a)의 이핵 함량이 약 85중량%이고, 2,4'-이성질체 함량이 약 20내지 약 24중량%이고 2,2'-이성질체 함량이 약 1내지 약 5중량%인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 따른 프리폴리머를 발포제 존재하에 이소시아네이트 반응성 물질과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 치수 안정성의 밝은 색 강성 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
  7. 제1항에 따른 프리폴리머를 클로로플루오로카본 발포제 존재하에 폴리에테르폴리올과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 치수 안정성의 밝은 색 강성 경질 폴리 우레탄 발포체의 제조방법.
