Abstract

본 발명 임의의 시각에서 전동하역장치의 위치가 정확하게 제어되는 전동하역장치를 제공하기 위해, 감아올림 전동기(12)의 속도를 검출하는 회전인코더(19)와 주파수명령 장치(20)를 갖고 주파수명령장치(20)로부터 인버터(11)로의 명령주파수를 감아올림전동기(12)의 목표회전속도(내지 목표 적산 회전량)와 검출회전속도(내지 검출적산 회전량)의 차이에 증감시키고 감아올림전동기(12)의 회전속도(내지 적산 회전량)를 목표에 일치시키게 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1및 제2실시예에 관한 전동하역 장치의 회로도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 관한 전동하역장치의 인버터출력주파수 및 감아올리는 전동기회전속도의 변화를 도시하는 동작특성도, 제3도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 관한 전동하역장치의 인버터출력주파수 및 감아올리는 전동기회전속도의 변화를 도시하는 동작특성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 출력주파수를 변화시켜 전동하역장치의 전동기의 속도를 제어하는 인버터와, 상기 전동기의 회전속도를 검출하는 회전속도검출수단과, 상기 회전속도검출수단의 출력에 의거하여 상기 인버터에 출력주파수를 명령하는 주파수명령 장치를 구비하며, 상기 주파수명령장치는 소정시간후에서의 상기 전동기의 검출회전속도와 미리 설정된 목표회전속도가 동일해지도록 명령주파수를 증감시키는 전동하역장치.
  2. 출력주파수를 변화시켜 전동하역장치의 전동기의 속도를 제어하는 인버터와, 상기 전동기의 회전속도를 검출하는 회전속도검출수단과, 상기 회전속도검출수단의 출력에 의거하여 상기 인버터에 출력주파수를 명령하는 주파수명령 장치를 구비하며, 상기 주파수명령장치는 상기 회전속도검출 수단에 의해 검출된 회전속도를 적산 내지 적분하고 소정시간내에 상기 전동기의 총회전량을 산출하며 각 시각에서의 상기 전동기의 검출총회전량이 미리 설정된 각 시각에서의 목표 총회전량과 동일해지도록 명령주파수를 증감시키는 전동하역 장치.
