Abstract

Claims (31)

  1. a) 액체 불투과성 배플, b) 제1흡수층 및 c) 상기 배플과 상기 제1흡수층 사이에 위치하며, 상기 제1흡수층보다 큰 횡단 위킹율을 갖는 제2흡수층으로 이루어지는 흡수용품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1흡수층과 제2흡수층 사이에 위치하는 제3흡수층을 더 포함하는 흡수용품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2흡수층이 상기 흡수용품의 중앙 횡단측을 따라 상기 제1흡수층 제3흡수층보다 더 넓어지는 흡수용품.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2흡수층이 상기 제3흡수층보다 더 큰 회단 위킹율을 갖는 흡수용품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2흡수층의 상기 제1흡수층에 대한 상기 횡단 위킹율의 비율이 5분후에 약1.5이상인 흡수용품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1흡수층이 셀룰로오스 플러프이고, 상기 제2흡수층이 멜트블로운 폴리프로필렌인 흡수용품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2흡수층의 길이가 상기 제1흡수층의 길이보다 작은 흡수용품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 횡방향으로 정렬된 상기 제2흡수층의 상기 제1흡수층에 대한 상기 횡단 위킹율의 비율이 10분 후 약 3.1이상인 흡수용품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 종방향으로 정렬된 상기 제2흡수층의 상기 제1흡수층에 대한 상기 횡단 위킹율의 비율이 10분 후 약 1.5이상인 흡수용품.
  10. a) 액체 불투과성 배플, b) 제1흡수층 및 c) 상기 배플과 상기 제1흡수층 사이에 위치하며, 상기 제1흡수층보다 더 넓고, 상기 제1흡수층보다 큰 횡단 위킹율을 갖는 제2흡수층으로 이루어지는 흡수용품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 종방향으로 정렬된 상기 제2흡수층의 상기 제1흡수층에 대한 상기 횡단 위킹율의 비율이 5분 후 약 1.5이상인 흡수용품.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 종방향으로 정렬된 상기 제2흡수층의 상기 제1흡수층에 대한 상기 횡단 위킹율의 비율이 10분 후 약 3.1이상인 흡수용품.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 종방향으로 정렬된 상기 제2흡수층의 상기 제1흡수층에 대한 상기 횡단 위킹율의 비율이 10분 후 약 1.5이상인 흡수용품.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 배플을 상기 제2흡수층에 고정시키기 위한 접착 수단을 더 포함하는 흡수용품.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2흡수층을 상기 제1흡수층에 고정시키기 위한 접착 수단을 더 포함하는 흡수용품.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 흡수용품을 내의의 가랑이 부에 고정시키기 위해 상기 배플에 고정된 가먼트 부착 접착제 및 상기 가먼트 부착 접착제에 해체 가능하게 부착된 박리 스트립을 더 포함하는 흡수용품.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 흡수층의 전체 외부 주변부 둘레에 위치하는 유체 기밀 밀봉 수단을 더 포함하는 흡수용품.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 흡수용품이 오목한 중앙부가 있는 2개의 수직으로 신장하는 측면 연부를 갖고, 상기 오목한 중앙부로부터 바깥쪽으로 각각 신장하는 2개의 가먼트 부착 패널을 갖는 장고형의 흡수용품.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 각각의 가먼트 부착 패널의 신체측 표면이 흡수성 물질을 함유하는 흡수용품.
  20. a) 액체 불툴과성 배플, b) 신체적 표면 및 가먼트측 표면을 갖는 제1흡수층, c) 상기 배플과 상기 제1흡수층 사이에 위치하며, 상기 제1흡수층보다 더 넓고, 상기 제1흡수층보다 큰 횡단 위킹율을 갖는 제2흡수층, 및 d) 상기 흡수층 바깥쪽 측면으로 신장하는 가먼트 부착 패널로 이루어지는 생리대.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 각각의 가먼트 부착 패널이 상기 패널을 내의에 부착시키는데 사용되는 그 위에 고정된 가먼트 접착제를 갖고, 상기 가먼트 접착제가 상기 저착제의 오염을 방지하기 위해 해체 가능한 박리 스트립에 의해 덮여 있는 생리대.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 제1흡수층은 일반적으로 장고형이고, 각각의 상기 가먼트 부착 패널은 그로부터 바깥쪽 측면으로 신장하고, 각각의 가먼트 부착 패널의 신체측 표면 및 가먼트측 표면을 갖고 상기 배플은 상기 제1흡수층의 표면 및 두 가먼트 부착 패널의 표면 상으로 신장하는 단일층 물질인 생리대.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 흡수층이 각각의 가먼트 부착 패널의 상기 신체측 표면의 적어도 일부를 커버하도록 신장되는 생리대.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 가먼트 부착 접착제가 상기 가먼트 부착 패널들을 서로 부착시키기 위해 적어도 하나의 상기 가먼트 부착 패널의 상기 신체측 표면에 고정된 생리대.
  25. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 제1흡수층의 상기 신체측 표면에 인접하여 위치하는 액체 투과성 커버를 더 포함하는 생리대.
  26. 제20항에 있어서, 종방향으로 정렬된 제2흡수층의 상기 제1흡수층에 대한 상기 횡단 위킹율의 비율이 5분 후 약1.5이상인 생리대.
  27. 제20항에 있어서, 횡방향으로 정렬된 상기 제2흡수층의 상기 제1흡수층에 대한 상기 횡단 위킹율의 비율이 10분 후 약 3.1이상인 생리대.
  28. a) 액체 투과성 커버, b) 액체 불투과성 배플, c) 상기 커버와 상기 배플 사이에 위치하는 제1흡수층, d) 상기 제1흡수층과 상기 배플 사이에 위치하며, 상기 제1흡수층보다 큰 횡단 위킹율을 갖는 제2흡수층, 및 e) 상기 커버와 상기 배플로부터 형성되며, 적어도 하나의 상기 흡수층으로 부터 바깥쪽으로 신장하는 2개으 가먼트 부착 패널로 이루어지며, 상기 제1흡수층 및 제2흡수층은 상기 커버와 상기 배플로 둘러싸여 있는, 오목한 중앙부를 각각 갖는 2개의 수직으로 신장하는 측면 연부가 있는 일반적으로 장고형인 생리대.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 가먼트 부착 패널이 상기 생리대의 가장 넓은 부분의 폭까지 신장하는 생리대.
  30. a) 액체 투과성 커버, b) 액체 불투과성 배플, c) 상기 커버와 상기 배플 사이에 위치하는 제1흡수층, d) 상기 제1흡수층과 상기 배플 사이에 위치하며, 상기 제1흡수층보다 큰 횡단 위킹율을 갖는 제2흡수층, 및 e) 상기 커버와 상기 배플로부터 형성되며, 각각의 상기 수직 연부의 오목한 중앙부로부터 신장하여 생리대의 가장 넓은 부분과 동일한 평면에 놓인 한쌍의 가먼트 부착 패널로 이루어지며, 상기 제1흡수층 및 제2흡수층은 상기 커버와 상기 배플로 둘러싸여 있는, 오목한 중앙부를 각각 갖는 수직 연부가 있는 일반적으로 장고형인 생리대.
  31. a)제1액체 불투과성 배플, b) 제1흡수층, c) 상기 제1배플과 상기 제1흡수층 사이에 위치하며,상기 제1흡수층과 유사한 모양을 갖는 제2액체 불투과성 배플, 및 d) 상기 제1배플과 제2배플 사이에 위치하며, 상기 제1흡수층보다 큰 횡단 위킹율을 갖는 제2흡수층으로 이루어지는 생리대.
