하기 성분들의 반응에 의해 얻을 수 있는 중합반응 생성물, I) 하기 성분(a1) 및 (b2) 또는 (a2) 또는 (b1)은 서로 반응하여 성분(a2) 또는 (b2)의 에폭사이드 당량당 성분(a1) 또는 (b1)의 1.05 내지 3.0 아미노 당량이 존재하는 A) 분자당 평균 1.5 내지 3.5 a1) 1차 및/또는 2차 아미노기 또는 a2)에폭시기를 함유하고 140 내지 10000 평균분자량을 가지는 폴리옥시 알킬렌 및 B) 분자당 평균 1.5 내지 3.0 b1) 1차 및/또는 2차 아미노기 도는 b2)에폭시기를 함유하고 250 내지 50000의 평균분자량

Claims (10)

  1. 하기 성분들의 반응에 의해 얻을 수 있는 중합반응 생성물, I) 하기 성분(a1) 및 (b2) 또는 a2(b1)은 서로 반응하여 성분(a2) 또는 (b2)의 에폭사이드 당량당 성분(a1) 또는 (b1)의 1.05 내지 3.0 아미노 당량이 존재하는 A) 분자당 평균 1.5 내지 3.0 a1) 1차 및/또는 2차 아미노기 또는 a2)에폭시기를 함유하고 140 내지 10000평균분자량을 가지는 폴리옥시 알킬렌 및 B) 분자당 평균 1.5 내지 3.0 b1)1차 및/또는 2차 아미노기 또는 b2)에폭시기를 함유하고 250 내지 50000의 평균분자량을 가지는, 공액디엔을 기초로 하는 중합체로부터 얻을 수 있는 예비중합체 및 II) 유리 라디칼을 형성하는 하나 이상의 화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합체(I)을 예비중합체(I)의 고체함량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 20중량%의 하나 이상의 화합물(II)와 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 중합반응 생성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌(A)는 폴리옥시부틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 중합반응 생성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(B)는 5 내지 45중량%의 아클릴로니트릴 함량을 가지는 부타디엔/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 중합반응 생성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(II)는 아조비스이소부티로니트릴, 3차-부틸퍼벤조에이트, 3차-부틸 퍼옥테이트, 3차-부틸퍼피발레이트 및 라우릴 퍼옥사이드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 중합반응 생성물.
  6. 하기 성분(I)을 하기 성분(II)와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 중합반응 생성물을 제조하는 방법.
    I) 하기 성분(a1) 및 (b2) 또는 (a2) 또는 (b1)은 서로 반응하여 성분(a2) 또는 (b2)의 에폭사이드 당량당 성분(a1) 또는 (b1)의 1.05 내지 3.0 아미노 당량이 존재하는 A) 분자당 평균 1.5 내지 3.0 a1) 1차 및/또는 2차 아미노기 또는 a2)에폭시기를 함유하고 140 내지 10000 평균분자량을 가지는 폴리옥시 알킬렌 및 B) 분자당 평균 1.5 내지 3.0 b1) 1차 및/또는 2차 아미노기 또는 b2) 에폭시기를 함유하고 250 내지 50000의 평균분다량을 가지는, 공액디엔을 기초로 하는 중합체로부터 얻을 수 있는 예비중합체.
    II) 유리 라디칼을 형성하는 하나 이상의 화합물.
  7. 예비중합체(I)은 부분적으로 또는 완전히 산과 중화된 후, 화합물(II)와 함께 분산되고 40 내지 100℃에서 반응됨을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 중합반응 생성물을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 전기피복조에 첨가제로서의 제1항의 중합반응 생성물의 용도.
  9. 전기피복조의 전체 중합체 함량을 기준으로, 1 내지 40중량%의 제1항의 중합반응 생성물을 함유하는 전기피복조.
  10. 제9항의 전기피복조를 사용하여 양극 전기피복에 의해 피복되는 제품.
