Abstract

본 발명은 장식용 유리의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 종래 장식용 유리는 여러색상의 유리조각을 모자이크하여 제조하거나 투명유리 배면에 샌딩이나 글루치핑 가공을 한다음 유리전면에 고저온용 안료를 각각 스크린인쇄하고 건조, 소성, 냉각하여 제조하였기 때문에 무늬가 선명하지 못하고 입체감이 부족하며 제조공정이 복잡하여 생산성이 낮은 등의 문제점이 있는 것이었다. 본 발명은 보통의 투명유리 전면에 안료를 스크린 인쇄하여 무늬를 형성하되 무늬 사이에 안료가 없는 투명부가 형성되게 하고 건조한 다음 투명부에 접착제를 도포하고 유리가루를 살포하여 유리가루부를 형성하고 건조한 다음 유리가루가 약간 녹을 정도로 가열소성하고 냉각시켜 제조하므로서 무늬선명하고 입체감이 있으며 공정이 간단신속하여 생산성이 높은 효과가 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 보통의 투명유리 전면에 안료를 통상의 방법으로 스크린 인쇄하여 무늬(1)를 형성하되 무늬(1)사이에 투명부(2)가 형성되게 하고 건조 한다음 투명부(2)에 투명부(2)보다 좁게 접착제를 도포하고 유리가루를 살포하여 유리가루부(3)가 형성되게 하고 건조한 다음 520℃-560℃의 온도로 약40분간 가열소성하고 냉각시켜 제조하는 장식용 유리의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보통유리전면에 일정 모양으로 접착제를 도포하고 그위에 유리가루를 살포하여 유리가루부(10)를 형성하되 유리가루부(10)사이에 투명부(11)가 형성되게 하고 건조한 다음 520℃-560℃의 온도로 약 40분간 가열소성하고 냉각시켜 제조하는 장식용 유리의 제조방법.
