Abstract

고성능의 산성유해가스 및 매진의 제거율을 유지함과 동시에, 약제의 사용량을 절감하고 아울러 설비비의 저감을 도모한다.
여과작업을 행하기전에 백필터장치(3) 내에 설치된 여포(4)의 표면에 프리코우트층을 형성시키는 방식의 백필터장치(3)에 있어서, 상기 여포(4)의 내외의 차압을 차암검출기(31)로 검출함과 동시에 백필터장치(3)의 출구측의 기체농도를 농도검출기(81)로 검출하고, 이들 검출결과에 의하여 프리코우트층의 층두께를 조정함과 동시에 떨어뜨림 시기를 조정한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 백필터의 제어방법을 실시하기 위한 백필터시스템의 개략을 도시하는 구성도.
제2도는 여포 표면에 있어서 부착·퇴적상태를 도시한 확대도.
제3도는 초기조업개시시의 흐름을 도시하는 플로우 차아트도.
제4도는 여과작업의 제어동작을 도시하는 플로우 차아트도.
제5도는 여과작업의 제어동작을 도시하는 플로우 차아트도.

Claims (1)

  1. 여과작업을 행하기전에 백필터장치내에 설치된 여포의 표면에 프리코우트층을 형성시키는 방식의 백필터장치에 있어서, 상기 여포의 내외의 차압을 검출함과 동시에, 백필터장치의 출구측의 기체농도를 검출하고, 이들 검출결과에 의하여 프리코우트층의 층두께를 조정함과 동시에, 떨어뜨림 시기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백필터장치의 제어방법.
