Abstract

본 발명은 최소한 하나의 폴리머 블록이 분산배지에 용해되고, 최소한 하나의 또다른 폴리머 블록이 분산배지에 비용해 되며, 분산제는 비닐치환 방향족 화합물 및 분산제의 존재하에서 형성된 콘쥬게이트된 디엔의 랜덤 코폴리머를 분산하도록 작용하고, 액체 지방족 선형 탄화수소 분산배지, 비이온성 촉매계 및 최소한 두개의 폴리머 블록을 함유하는 블록 코폴리머 분산제를 포함하는 반응혼합물에서 공중합을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 35-70중량%의 비닐치환 방향족 모노머와 30-60중량%의 콘쥬게이트된 디엔 모노머를 분산 공중합하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 최소한 하나의 폴리머 블록이 분산배지에 용해되고, 최소한 하나의 또다른 폴리머 블록이 분산배지에 비용해 되며, 분산제는 비닐치환 방향족 화합물 및 분산제의 존재하에서 형성된 콘쥬게이트된 디엔의 랜덤 코폴리머를 분산하도록 작용하고, 액체 지방족 선형 탄화수소 분산배지, 비이온성 촉매계 및 최소한 두개의 폴리머 블록을 함유하는 블록 코폴리머 분산제를 포함하는 반응혼합물에서 공중합을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 35-70중량%의 비닐치환 방향족 모노머와 30-65중량%의 콘쥬게이트된 디엔 모노머를 분산 공중합하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분산배지가 최소한 60중량%의 n-헥산을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 블록 코폴리머 분산제가 콘쥬게이트된 디엔 모노머와 비닐치환 방향족 모노머의 공중합에 의해 형성된 용해성 블록의 폴리디엔 또는 코폴리머 및 콘쥬게이트된 디엔 모노머와 비닐치환 방향족 모노머의 공중합에 의해 형성된 비용해성 블록의 폴리비닐 방향족 폴리머 또는 코폴리머를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 용해성 블록은 70-10중량부의 콘쥬게이트된 디엔 모노머 기여 단위체와 0-30중량부의 비닐치환 방향족 모노머 기여 단위체로부터 형성된 폴리머 또는 코폴리머이고 비용해성 블록은 0-65중량부의 콘쥬게이트된 디엔 기여 단위체와 35-100중량부의 비닐치환 방향족 모노머 기여 단위체인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 블록 코폴리머 분산제가 폴리부타디엔 한 블록과 0-65중량%의 부타디엔 및 35-100중량%의 스티렌의 랜덤 공중합에 의해 형성된 한 블록을 함유하는 두 블록의 폴리머인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 블록 코폴리머 분산제가 70-100중량%의 부타디엔과 0-30중량%의 스티렌의 랜덤 공중합에 의해 형성된 제1블록 및 0-65중량%의 부타디엔과 35-100중량%의 스티렌의 랜덤 공중합에 의해 형성된 제2블록을 함유하는 두 블록의 폴리머인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매는 리튬기초 비이온성 개시제인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 분산이 이루어졌을 때 10-50중량% 폴리머 고형물을 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 분산제가 약 1.0-20.0중량%의 모노머를 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 콘쥬게이트된 디엔 모노머가 1,3-부타디엔 또는 이소프렌인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 비닐치환 방향족 모노머가 스티렌인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 비용해성 폴리머 블록에 대한 분산제의 용해성 폴리머 블록의 중량비가 9.0/1.0-약 1.0/9.0인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 랜덤 코폴리머가 분산배지의 용해도 파라메터보다 최소한 1.9 더 큰 용해도 파라메터를 가지는 방법.
