Abstract
옥살산과 최소한 하나의 금속 알코올레이트의 새로히 제조된 알코올 용액을 최소한 하나의 다른 금속의 하나 이상의 유도체의 용액(B)과 혼합한 다음, 알코올을 증발하여 형성된 침전물을 수집하고 이를 오븐에서 건조하고 소성함을 특징으로 하는 혼합금속 산화물 분말의 제조방법.
양의 온도계수(PTC저항기)를 갖는 전기 축전기와 저항기를 제조하기 위하여 반미량 분말체 조성물을 얻는 제조방법의 용도.

Claims (14)
- 옥살산과 최소한 하나의 금속 알코올레이트의 알코올 용액(A)을 용액(A)과는 다른 최소한 하나의 금속의 하나 이상의 유도체의 용액(B)과 혼합한 다음, 알코올을 증발하여 형성된 침전물을 수집하고 이를 건조하고 소성하여서 하는 혼합금속 산화물 분말의 제조방법에 있어서, a)용액(A)을 금속 알코올레이트의 알코올 용액에 옥살산의 알코올 용액(C)을 첨가하여 이의 사용직전에 제조하고, b)용액(B)이 용액(A)과는 다른 금속의 최소한 하나의 수산화물 또는 아세테이트를 알코올에 용해한 용액임을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액(D)의 금속알코올레이드의 금속이 원소주기율표 Ⅳb족에 속함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용액(B)의 금속수산화물 또는 아세테이트의 금속이 원소주기율표 Ⅱa족에 속함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 Ⅳa, Ⅴa, Ⅱb, Ⅲb와 Ⅶb족에 속하는 최소한 하나의 금속의 하나 이상의 수산화물 또는 아세테이트를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액(B)용 용매로서 선택한 알코올이 용액(C)의 용매와 동일한 저급 지방족알코올 임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액(C)와 (B)용 용매로서 사용된 알코올을 메탄올, 에탄올과 이소프로판올에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액(A)을 제조하는데 사용된 용액(D)이 Ⅳb족 금속유도체의 총 몰량의 70%보다 더 작은 총 몰량으로 용액(B)금속의 최소한 하나의 용해염을 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액(A)을 제조하는데 사용되는 용액(D)이 금속이 원자 그람당 0.2∼1.5이온 그람의 농도로 아세테이트 이온을 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Ⅳb족 속하는 금속이 티타늄과/또는 지르코늄임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Ⅱa족 금속을 바륨, 스트론튬, 칼슘과 이들의 혼합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용해성 금속염을 납, 규소, 안티모니와 망간 및 이들의 혼합물의 염에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액(A)이 리터당 .1∼2.5몰의 옥살산을 함유하고 용액(B)이 리터당0.1∼1.5원자 그람의 금속을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전물을 소성시키는데 사용된 오븐이 공기만으로 이루어진 대기가스로 충전됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 양의 온도계수(PTC)저항기를 갖는 전기축전기와 저항기를 제조하기 위하여 반미량 분말체 조성물을 얻는 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 다른 방법의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
