본 고안은 배기가 수중에 함유된 부유물질이 원심분리가 원활이 이루어지는 동시에 용집 및 결합력을 촉진시켜 집진효과를 높일 수 있고, 폐열을 이용하여 온수를 얻어 사용하 수 있게한 싸이크론형 집진장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 원추형 외동체 중앙에 배기원통을 설치하여 배기가스를 공급시키면 배기원통 주위를 선회할때 원심력에 의하여 가스중에 함유된 부유물질을 분리시킨 다음 배기원통으로 배기되게한 것에 있었으나, 이는 가스중에 함유된 부유물질의 입자가 크거나 무거운 부유물질을 제거하는데 그쳤을 뿐아니라 가스중에 함유된 열은 전혀 활용치 못하였고 공급된 가스가 배기원통주위를 선회할때 가스의 회전방향에 편류가 발생하여 가스의 선회가 약해지므로 부유물질끼리의 용집도가 떨어져 집진효율이 낮아지는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a cyclone dust collector that enables the centrifugal separation of the suspended solids contained in the exhaust water to facilitate the collection and bonding force at the same time to increase the dust collection effect and to obtain hot water using waste heat.
