Claims (19)
- 효소의 활성을 위한 최적 pH가 pH4∼5이고, pH3∼9의 범위내 37℃의 온도에서 안정함을 특징으로 하는 생 전분 가수분해 가능한 효소.
- 제1항에 있어서, pH3∼10의 범위내 37℃의 온도에서 안정한 효소.
- 제1항에 있어서, SDS폴리아크릴아미드 겔 전기영동에 의해 측정된 분자량이 약 82,000달톤인 효소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페스탈로티오프시스 속의 진균류에서 수득되는 효소.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 진균류가 하기 종의 균주임을 특징으로 하는 효소, 페스탈로티오프시스 푸네레아, 페스탈로티오프시스 미크로스포라, 페스탈로티오프시스 아카시아에, 페스탈로티오프시스 크라시우슬라 또는 페스탈로티오프시스 네글렉타.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 진균류가 페스탈로티오프시스 푸네레아 IFO 5427(SANK 15174), 페스탈로티오프시스 미크로스포라 IFO 31056, 페스탈로티오프시스 아카시아에 IFO 31054, 페스탈로티오프시스 크라시우슬라 IFO 31055 또는 페스탈로티오프시스 네글렉타(SANK 13390)인 효소.
- 페스탈로티오프시스 속의 진균류를 배양한 다음, 얻어진 배양액으로부터 효소를 단리함을 특징으로 하는, 생 전분 가수분해 가능한 효소의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 진균류가 하기 종의 균주인 방법, 페스탈로티오프시스 푸네레아, 페스탈로티오프시스 미크로스포라, 페스탈로티오프시스 아카시앙에, 페스탈로티오프시스 크라시우슬라 또는 페스탈로티오프시스 네글렉타.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 진균류가 페스탈로티오프시스 푸네레아 IFO 5427(SANK 15174), 페스탈로티오프시스 미크로스포라 IFO 31056, 페스탈로티오프시스 아카시아에 IFO 31054, 페스탈로티오프시스 크라시우슬라 IFO 31055 또는 페스탈로티오프시스 네글렉타 (SANK 13390)인 효소.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 진균류가 페스탈로티오프시스 푸네레아 IFO 5427 (SANK 15174)인 방법.
- 제7항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 20℃∼40℃의 온도에서 배양을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 효소를 이용한 다당류의 분해 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 다당류가 전분인 방법.
- 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 상기 다당류가 비가공된 다당류인 방법.
- 제7항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10℃∼75℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 20℃∼65℃인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 30℃∼60℃인 방법.
