Claims (13)

  1. 약 1% 미만의 아세틸 그룹 및 약 3 내지 12%의 글리세릴 그룹을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 부분적으로 탈아실화된 겔란 헤테로폴리사카라이드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약 1% 미만의 아세틸 그룹 및 약 4 내지 10%의 글리세릴 그룹을 포함하는 부분적으로 탈아실화된 겔란 헤테로폴리사카라이드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 약 1% 미만의 아세틸 그룹 및 약 6 내지 9.5%의 글리세릴 그룹을 포함하는 부분적으로 탈아실화된 겔란 헤테로폴리사카라이드.
  4. 형성된 겔리 저연성 또는 비연성임을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 헤테로폴리사카라이드를 포함하는 겔 조성물.
  5. 슈도모나스 엘로데아(Pseudomonas elodea) ATCC 31461 또는 이의 돌연변이체에 의해 생산된 발효 브로스 헤테로폴리사카라이드의 1 내지 5% 수용액을 약 10 내지 71℃의 온도에서 2분 내지 100시간동안 유지시키고, 고무 1g당 KOH 0.08 내지 0.36g을 가하고, 이렇게 제조된 생성물을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항의 탈아실화된 폴리사카라이드를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 온도가 20 내지 50℃인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 온도가 25 내지 40℃인 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 반응시간이 4 내지 20시간인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 반응시간이 6 내지 18시간인 방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 고무 1g당 KOH 0.12 내지 0.32g을 가하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 고무 1g당 KOH 0.15 내지 0.30g을 가하는 방법.
  12. 슈도모나스 엘로데아 ATCC 31461 또는 이의 돌연변이체에 의해 생산된 발효 브로스 헤테로폴리사카라이드의 1 내지 5% 수용액을 약 10 내지 71℃의 온도에서 2분 내지 100시간 동안 유지시키고, 고무 1g당 KOH 0.08 내지 0.36g을 가하고, 이렇게 생산된 생성물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 방법에 의해 생산된 탈아실화된 헤테로폴리사카라이드.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 10 내지 71℃의 온도를 2분 내지 100시간 동안 유지시키는 방법에 의해 생산된 탈아실화된 헤테로폴리사카라이드.
