Claims (11)

  1. 활성성분으로서 유비데카레논을 함유하는 경구용 수성용액에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제로서 폴리에톡시 40 수소화 피마자유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에톡시 40 수소화 피마자유가 활성성분 중량의 약 10배와 동등한 양으로 존재하는 약제학적제형.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리알코올을 더욱 함유하는 약제학적 제형.
  4. 제3항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리알코올이 소르비톨인 약제학적 제형.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 폴리알코올이 25% w/v이하의 양으로 함유되는 약제학적 제형.
  6. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 활성성분의 중량과 동등한 양으로 레시틴 또는 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄 에스테르를 더욱 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에톡시 40 수소화 피마자유가 활성성분 중량의 약 3배와 동등한 양으로 존재하는 약제학적 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, pH조정제, 킬레이트화제, 감미제, 보존제 및 에틸 알콜올을 더욱 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항의 한 항에 있어서, 유비데카레논을 0.1내지 1%의 양으로 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  10. 유비데카레논을 폴리에톡시 40수소화 피마자유에 용해시키고, 이어서 나머지 부형제와 선택적으로 첨가되는 교미제의 수성용액을 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제8항의 약제학적 조성물의 제조방법.
  11. 안정하면서도 보다 높고 지속적인 혈중농도를 제공할 수 있는 유비데카레논의 경구용 약제학적 제재를 제조하기 위한 폴리에톡시 40수소화 피마자유의 용도.
